It took him almost 2.5 hours to thoroughly check our wiring and ducts, and he explained everything to us about how our HVAC works and how to properly operate our new thermostats. He was even kind enough to bring a tall ladder and change a light bulb for us. As someone who only rarely writes reviews, I’m compelled to recommend to anyone (residential, business, whatever) the expert-level proficiency you’ll get with I AM Here. It was a nice enough day thankfully but we still noticed that our HVAC had just stopped working a few days ago. Of course I thought the worst and was thinking I’d be replacing something expensive or at least spending more than I wanted to. The price was fair and of course less than what I had feared.
We received prompt service and we were so impressed with how focused he was at diagnosing the problem, explaining it and getting the project complete. He was extremely thorough and even fixed wiring issues we never would have known about otherwise. I AM HERE answered all of our questions and even taught me some better maintenance habits to help extend the life of the HVAC system.
