Best air conditioning company I ever used. I got 2 estimates, and both were very expensive . My neighbor told me to contact aurora mechanical, this was the best call I had ever made. Ken checked my ac system and gave an estimate that was half of what others gave me. He was honest and fast, and fixed it in no time. I highly recommend this company.

Called Aurora Mechanicals because my A/C wasn’t getting cold. The units were older so thought for sure it was going to be time to replace. Made the call in the morning and Ken was out later that afternoon. Ken was very professional and courteous he gave me some great affordable options for getting more life out of my current A/C units. Also gave me some pro maintenance tips to prevent future issues. I’ll be utilizing Aurora Mechanicals for my future HVAC and plumbing needs and I highly recommend their services.

He is a good person whom I trust in my home and I'm sure he knows what he is doing when it comes to hvac matters. We had problem with furnace Mr Ken came and suggested that blower issue and he picked from the manufacturer and replaced in time and working perfectly also I like him because he followed everyday to make sure job is 100% completed I would like to suggest him to do job

Had a problem with my gas fireplace. Ken came out within an hour, found the problem, and fixed it. He really knew what he was doing and gave me tips for keeping the unit working. He also was able to clean the soot and carbon from my fire screen and now it looks like the day we moved in.

Our house has a zoning system for the AC/Furnace system and we can control the two zones with different thermostats, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. We had concerns about our upstairs area temperature going slightly up even though the upstairs zone/thermostat was turned off, only the downstairs zone was running. We could feel air coming out of the upstairs ducts, not as strong as downstairs but enough to be concerned as upstairs zone heating was turned off. Ken came over and started his investigation like a detective :-) He climbed into the attic and tested the actuator and damper to see what is causing the more than expected air to come out of the upstairs ducts. We communicated via cell phone so that I can turn off and on the upstairs and downstairs zone based on what test he is performing.

Spending time in our attic is not an easy task as it is an unfinished attic and not easy to go around. You can start sweating up their real easy even in low temps. Yet Ken stayed up there investigating as much as he could to figure out the root cause. Couple of hours of investigation did not reveal the root cause. He could have investigated further but we decided to not pursue since winter is pretty much over its not that big of a concern now. I so much appreciate Ken's time and sincere effort he put in to figure out root cause. Thanks Ken for all your time and effort!!

Our AC unit blower fan was making a loud noise and needed someone to take a look before it gets worse. Ken came over and diagnosed the issue after thorough investigation. The blower fan motor had to be replaced. He did a great job and the noise was no more. He also performed an AC tune up. The whole experience was positive and professional.
