Air Comfort Solutions

My claims office has used ACS on several claims to get a good, and honest opinion on HVAC systems and if replacement is warranted from storm damages. Always quick to respond to our needs and very reasonable and fair in their assessment. I would highly recommend, and if they were in my area, I would use them personally for any residential air conditioning service needed.

Tim responded and made appointment right away when I called him. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the air condition problem I had and provided me two alternatives: a complete fix by him or DIY maintenance. I chose DIY, he explained what I need to do and what materials I need to buy, even left me some duct sealant so that I do not have to buy. That was a great experience. I would certainly use this company again

I have had to call them out a few times (no fault of their own) and each time they have come out same day or next day and they are always early! I’ve dealt with Jeff and Brian, who are both helpful, friendly and fantastic to work with! Now that we have a new furnace, hopefully I won’t need to call them out for a while! :-)

ACS technician arrived on time and was very helpful. While our problem was greater than expected and requires additional study, the technician was extremely helpful. Tim offered a wide range of solutions and did not attempt to push for big sale. We will certainly call ACS again when we make the final choice for our system repairs and any future AC needs.

My AC wasn't blowing any air, so I called air comfort solutions, Jeffery arrived and he asked where the thermostat was. He proceeds to turn on the thermostat and asked to see the furnace. He said it could be the capacitor. He changed the capacitor and came back down, to the thermostat... my nest thermostat is now reading error code E73... Jeffery then tells me he is not certified to work on nests and he's unfamiliar with the error code and there is nothing he can do for me. I called and spoke to Bryan the next morning, who was very rude, and unwilling to acknowledge the fact that although my AC wasn't working, at least my thermostat was... and now its not even working... They made the problem worse and I do not recommend!!!!

Super fast service from when we called and equally swift diagnosis of our problem. Very friendly and helpful recommendations with no pressure to implement. Bryan is very thorough in his analysis and provides sound suggestions for getting the most out of our system. Our problem was quickly assessed and resolved within the same day. Highly recommended!

Our heating unit went out the first week of January, and it was cold in Texas that week. Air Comfort Solutions came quickly after I called. They provided the best quote, then installed the new equipment the very next day. As a follow-up, they returned this spring to check on the equipment and ensure is was ready for the hot Texas Summer. We will use them again!

I met Jeff this afternoon when he arrived at my very hot house, He was very helpful. explained what he discovered when he evaluated my A/C unit and recommended. I would definately call him again

If you care about integrity and honesty then Tim of Air Comfort Solutions is your guy. I worked with Tim for many years in his previous life in the commercial refrigeration industry. There are few in the industry with a depth of knowledge as Tim. He decided to venture out on his own and work for you the home owner. I know that if you call Tim out to your home or place of business you will be getting someone that puts customer over profit and you will get the job done correctly and at a competitive price.

I own a tea shop/restaurant and had a question about my venthood. Unfortunately, Air Comfort Solutions does not service commercial establishments. So why 5 stars? The person helping me on the phone actually stayed on and tried to help me with the problem regardless. He was helping me AFTER telling me he didn't service commercial establishments. I really wish they could have helped me because I like them already and haven't even worked with them. Will keep them in mind if I ever need help with my home!
