Air Comfort Solutions does it right. From the initial call in to schedule a check up service, all the way to having everything fixed and done, the ACS crew nailed it. They were prompt, professional, and courteous.

They checked the simple things over the phone, and then scheduled Tim to come out for a service call. He showed up on time and diagnosed the problem. He explained what he was checking and what he found. Then he checked into parts options and gave me a fair estimate and schedule for repairs.

Tim and the service team were simply outstanding on game day. They showed up on time, went right to work, and finished the job ahead of schedule. The only difference in my house before they came and after they left was the new parts and a working AC. There was not a scuff, scrape, footprint or scrap of debris anywhere. They even came in under their original estimate. Thanks again Tim and ACS!

After my Heater broke, I research the problem and I was scared at how many people had bad experiences, from not responding on time, to overcharging, no being able to find the problem and spent money on the wrong parts, adding items after initial quote, on top of being rude and many more things.
I called the first Co. and they were too busy co come and gave me wrong information over the phone, including assuming the problem was the thermostat so I bought one, to no avail, then I called Air Comfort Solutions, Immediate response, Tim came and was very nice, professional, and experienced, he immediately found the problem, gave me different options and never push for extra stuff, was Saturday, so he told me we will have to wait for Monday to get the part, and Before lunch on Monday we had it working, Best experience with a service Co. highly recommend them. I had the best experience dealing with Tim from Air Comfort Solutions. Over the weekend my house had a power surge due to the lightning on Friday night and it knocked out a bunch of electrical devices around the house including 2 AC units. Tim who's one of the owners came out today and he did a thorough inspection of my systems from the furnace all the way down to the compressor outside going step by step. The issue turned out to be my thermostats had gone bad from the surge and I was only charged the service call fee after 2 hours of his time. They could've easily told me it was the motherboard on the HVAC units or something else to get $ out of me but they didn't. Tim was super knowledgeable, honest, professional, and friendly. He even gave me some tips on dealing with HVAC contractors and how to prevent future HVAC issues. Air Comfort Definitely has my business going forward!

I highly recommend Air Comfort Solutions! Jeff was able to inspect and service our AC units same day, and at a reasonable price. We will definitely use them for our air conditioner needs going forward.

My AC would not go below 80/81 degrees on very hot days. I thought it might be the Freon. I asked these guys to come out and check it. They came out and told me the Freon level was fine. I went and bought a 500 dollar window unit based on what they told me. On a whim I had another company come and check the Freon a month or so later. It was 30 percent lower than it should of been. These guys flat out lied to me. I called and complained and they gave me my money back but they never really apologized and kind of acted like what they did was no big deal. IT WAS A BIG DEAL. a$$h01es!! The AC keeps the house nice and cool now.

AC not blowing. Phoned at 8AM and talked to Brian. Jeff, the tech, showed up as scheduled between noon and 2PM. Needed to replace attic portion of system. Install crew finished by 6PM same day, took about an hour. All's well. Great response. Highly recommended.

We have had these guys out to our house multiple times now, the most recent was just for a tune up. Eavry time they have come out, they have been on time, professional and polite. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks. Service was completed quickly at the quoted price and no one tried to upsell me.

ACS provides stellar service! The turn around time for an appointment was great. Even texted with me over the weekend some helpful tips and instructions when it my unit wasn't quite working. Came right back out promptly Monday to get it in tip top shape again! So pleasant to work with and will continue to call Air Comfort solutions if I have a problem! :-)
