Had 2 fawcets installed. Wasemore involved than I had anticipated. They took are of my unexpected problem. I was pleased with their work

Today, the day before Thanksgiving, we had a plumbing emergency. The water heater inside our home decided it was time to quit, and it leaked everywhere. I had a “home warranty” so I called them first; but even though it was truly an emergency, they couldn’t come out for 2 days!
My neighbor called Black plumbing and even though they were booked solid, they sent someone out as soon as possible—which was 7:30 pm. The two techustayed until the job was done, and left around 9:30 pm.
Not once did the plumber that came out gripe about it being late or that the next day was Thanksgiving or that he had 3 young children at home and be wasn’t going to get home till late…in fact, this young man, plumber Michael Shearer, was the consummate professional. He was cordial, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. He is a very impressive plumber and an impressive young man. You don’t come across people like this very often! I highly recommend Black plumbing and especially Michael Shearer. Thank you for being willing to work late, go above and beyond, and take care of us tonight.

This outfit was recommended to us for a simple water softener install. They charged a fee to visit and mileage totaling $149 WITHOUT disclosing this when the appointment was made. Their estimate was TRIPLE the amount of two other bids. Needless to say, we did not use them.

This team was an absolute life saver. I came home to my toilet non stop flushing and the water shut off valve broken. They came out within an hour of me calling, fixed the entire toilet with an extremely reasonable price. I will most certainly continue to use this company for all my plumbing work.

I think Blacks Plumbing is very professional. I appreciate them very much. Their quality of service the quality of the guys that work there… all is very good! I always use them and they’re there in a pinch! I don’t know if this time I’ll be using their service because it had to do with my sprinklers, they don’t do that.
