Had a slow laundry room drain and got an appointment scheduled. I received a call that they were ahead of schedule and if I'd like them to come out sooner which saved about 3 hours. Worked out great! Twenty minutes later we were back in business. Fast and professional. Thank you Joseph!

Black Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend. They've been to my (old) home a number of times when I needed them. The technicians I've dealt with have been courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and communicative. (Not only do they text reminders about appointments, but they answer questions and give "plumbing lessons" as they fix the problem. Thanks, Dylan!) They do a good job and are worth the money.

we had a failed booster pump that provides water pressure to the house that needed to be replaced, Eddie came on time at 9:30 on Saturday and replaced the pump, when he left all seemed to be working well but in a couple of hours the new pump failed also which was just bad luck. I called the office back and Eddie responded within a short time and returned to my home to assess the issue. The amazing thing was that he called numerous people and returned with a new pump at around 9pm and replaced the faulty one then tested and retested it until we were both satisfied. He had a smile on his face the whole time. I am extremely grateful for this great service and a hot shower. Thank you!

They were quick to respond to our call and to find the problem. After finding the problem, they were quick with the installation of the new disposal.

Will have to return to install a new faucet to replace a new defective faucet less than a week old.

The gentlemen of Black Plumbing used a camera to inspect the problem we are having with the sewer lines plugging up on a regular basis. Upon inspection they discovered tree roots as the problem. He brought up different ways to repair the problem. Thank you.
