    Ok, where to start? We are part of the American Home Shield Home Warranty program. We don't have any issues with the warranty but they should reconsider having this company to service their clients.
    First we tried contacting, leaving voicemails and emails, Abilene Air months ago, only to never be contacted back. I ended up getting another company to come out the next day.
    Second, now its 5th Sept and we have a different issue. Abilene Air/America Air actually showed up to service our system. We were told that the freon level is ok and that the pressure switch was the problem. This information alone would have been ok but I went back and watched the camera footage to confirm what they did. There is no way to check the freon level or pressure with a screw driver and pliers! The tech also stated that the pressure switch was the problem. He then stated that the switch detects the inside temperature and compares it to the outside to adjust the AC system. He then stated that we don't need it and bypassed/disabled it and we should be ok. There is no such switch in an AC system. The only pressure switch is on the freon lines to detect the pressure and shut off the compressor when the pressure of the freon drops or increases. If this switch is bypassed/disabled will cause future problems. So, overall, I will not be using this air conditioning company or recommending them to anyone. The best thing for a business to do is be honest and do what they say they did or going to do.

    I have been beyond frustrated and disappointed with this establishment. We went on vacation and came home to a broken AC in the middle of July. We called our home warranty who referred them to us. After receiving the run around repeatedly, complete with lying, and unsympathetic responses from the staff, we are now working on our 4th week with no air conditioning. IN TEXAS. IN JULY. AND NOW IN AUGUST. The temperature averages 100-105 degrees with a heat advisory in effect. Our home averages 89 degrees. They could care less about the customer service they are giving. I've been hung up on when calling to check the status of our part. We've given up asking for an ETA because half the time we're told there isn't an ETA, the other half we are given false hope of the part arriving just be told oops not happening. We have a small child and animals in the home who are all also suffering. Yet there appears to be ZERO consideration for our predicament. We've resorted to requesting a different vendor with our home warranty, but because the part appears to FINALLY be ordered and appears to FINALLY be on its way, they are reluctant to switch vendors. So here's to hoping that should the part ever make it's way to our home, and should they ever decide to FINALLY fix our AC they'll do it correctly. I would not recommend their services to anyone, under any circumstances.

    FYI: We are currently on day 24 with no service.

    They were out to my house 3 times and actually ended up breaking my a/c unit instead of fixing it. Now it will cost me 1200 dollars to fix because they will not take responsibility for what they have broke. Very bad company to use. Highly do not recommend.

    Josh was our technician and he was right on time to replace our air handler. Super polite and the house feels cooler already! Loved their texting system to keep me updated on scheduling.

    Home warranty company contacted 247 America AC when I had a problem with my AC unit. Josh showed up on time, resolved the issue, and explained what I needed to do if I had further problems. I could not have had a better outcome.

    This place is a joke. Can't ever get a hold of them. Technician came out, diagnosed the problem, tried calling the office and text them multiple times and finally said I cant get a hold of anyone. Left and told me they'd call me back later to get my heater fixed. Still haven't heard from them and have called multiple times. Call your warranty company and demand a different company.

    Nothing but a scam. Had to hire another company to point out all the ridiculous things this company did wrong and failed to do. They refuse to call back. Do not use this company.

    Y’all are the worst ac company I’ve ever delt with. Your hVAC techs blow more air than my AC unit. How can you walk in for 30seconds and say you “fixed” the unit. You didn’t even know what the problem was. And 88 degrees at 11:30 at night is unacceptable. Worst company ever.

    Had a fantastic experience. They were at my house within an hour, diagnosed the problem with our AC and fixed it within thirty minutes. The pricing was outstanding. Couldn't be more pleased. Thank you!

    Their tech Will was very professional and have a great attitude from start to finish. Walked me through what was going on with my unit. Very competent tech that I highly reccomend!
