Super easy process! Texted Austin on a Thursday, equipment came in on Monday and he sent installers on Tuesday first thing in the morning. They kept their work area tidy and cleaned up after themselves completely. Austin then came by to inspect the work completed. Within an hour of installation I had to put on a hoodie because I was too cold! Will definitely continue using First Class Heating & Air Conditioning for my HVAC needs. Thank you!

Wonderful family owned company. These folks do quality work. They are honest and thorough. I feel they take a logical and intelligent path to troubleshooting any issue. I have used them for years now and will continue to use them for any and all HVAC needs. Highly recommend.

I have been doing business with Artie for more than 6 years. The other day our A/C unit stopped working. Artie let me know exactly what time he would arrive and diagnose our issue. After several years of minor repairs he told me the unit needed to be replaced. He quoted me a price and I compared it to another company. The price was very reasonable and comparable. In the end, even if the price had been less with another dealer, I would have chosen to do business with First Class Plumbing and HVAC! They do the big things, as well as the small things very well. Prompt service, honest diagnosis, they give all the options available and the work within their budget. Happy to recommend this Company. Very pleased customer.

Just Had a great experience with Artie at First Class. My wife found his great reviews online, I called and spoke with him directly. When he arrived he was clean, professional, and respectful of my wife being home alone with my kids. He went above and beyond to make sure my household has heat tonight, and did so at a fair price. First Class will have our business and referrals from now on!

Artie and team did an excellent job of replacing 2 HVAC units for us. Artie is very knowledgeable, honest and professional. He was easy to communicate with and gave us several options to choose from. His guys were courteous and respectful of our home during the install. This was a big purchase for us and we couldn't be more pleased with our decision. I highly recommend!

We've used First Class Plumbing twice; once for a gas line and again for some kitchen plumbing. We were very impressed with the prices they offered and the service we received. Arty was on time every time, friendly, and did quality work. We'll be using them again!

Arty came out to look at our HVAC unit and took a lot of time to explain to us what was wrong and how it is supposed to work. He made it easy to understand and never appeared to be "just trying to get our business". He really took the time to educate us. After we decided to just replace the unit, he was very prompt in returning a quote. Incredibly reasonable pricing and such a great guy to work with. As soon as we let him know we wanted to schedule the replacement, he scheduled us within 48 hours and they got the work done in 5 hours! Thank GOD for First Class Plumbing and HVAC. We would be miserable this summer if it wasn't for them and their business! I highly recommend him and his expertise to anyone! (It's finally back to 70 degrees in our house again!!! YAY!!!)

I'm very appreciative of the quick response and honesty of this company! One of the first hot days of Spring killed our AC, and we were able to get it inspected the next morning. They recommended a couple repair or replacement options and were open and honest without trying to upsell the more expensive options. All quotes seemed very fair and less than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. They were able to be out first thing the next day -- a Saturday, no less -- and the installation was done in less time than they quoted. Throughout it all, they were prompt, responsive, pleasant to deal with, and respectful of the home and property while working. Excellent service!

All in all, I have zero regrets working with First Class HVAC and would happily call them again for any tune-ups, repairs, or replacements in the future.
