Winter storm, heater failed as home builder improperly installed equipment. 10° outside. Indoor heat began to fall drastically. I texted dusty from JLS Mechanical and he responded immediately, he followed up with JLS and the scheduled me and he was here within an hour of me contacting him about the issue. He climbed under my house in the snow and fixed the problem and we have heat again!! 10/10 recommend.

They were very informative on how to prevent issues in the future as well as why my HVAC system had issues. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I made an appointment for a given day and texted the representative when he was 25m late. We postponed until two days later, at which time he was 90m late. The service was quoted as taking 30min, but took 90m. The service was performed well as far as I can tell, but I would not choose JLS if my landlord had not chosen them on my behalf. The representative broke an inexpensive easily replaced item during the visit and chose not to mention it to me before leaving.

This review is for Dean. He was friendly, professional, and even gave me a military discount after seeing a picture on my wall of me in uniform, which I didn’t even ask for. Thanks Dean!
