Sam's Heating & Air

We experience a freon leak in our old HVAC unit the day before Christmas. After the holiday we called around to get quotes for repair or replacement. Sam's Heating And Air was our second quote and it was the obvious choice. He came across as an excellent down to earth small business man and provided pros and cons to help us decide if we wanted to repair or replace our old unit. He was incredibly prompt on answering calls and questions. Gave a quote that was lower than the competition and the final price was exactly the quoted amount with no hidden fees or attempted upcharging. The unit we needed was also available quickly and installed in a single day without issues. I don't normally right reviews, but the service was excellent and deserves the recognition.

My air went out on a Friday afternoon. Spoke with Sam around 4 pm and I had air again by 8. Very knowledgeable, reliable and professional. Definitely will call him next time I have an air emergency.

Sam has done multiple jobs for us and we will continue to use him for future jobs. Always does great work, good communicator, professional. Highly recommended.

I called Sam for schdule an annual maintenance. He showed on time, checked all the units inside out carefully and cleaned them properly. He put my house for his spring maintaince list. I will keep using their service in the future.

Used him through our CHOICE home warranty, came out and told us the unit needs to be replaced and was very nice but then turned around and told our home warranty that it was 100% fine and nothing needs to be done. Liar, glad to know we will not be using him in the future. Id give negative stars if i could
