Great people to work with!!! Prompt,Honest, on time & very easy to work with. I've used them in the past for a variety of repairs. They just installed a new Carrier 96% efficient gas furnace with high efficient 16 SEER air conditioning system.

We bought our condo in Pigeon Forge in November, 2022 and we knew the HVAC and water heater were original - about 21 years old - so we knew we were on borrowed time. When it started getting warm and the a/c went on, we discovered that the compressor was bad & needed to remedy the problem quickly. We live in Indiana, so it is more challenging, but everyone at Ambient was so helpful! Since it is a short term rental, they had a very tight time scheule to work with and were able to install a whole new HVAC and water heater and finish before our guests arrived! AND left the condo spotless, as if they had never been there!! Thank you so much for the excellent work and customer service!!!

Tony does a great job with fixing my electric issues! He is always super helpful. Randy also gave me great advice on the placement of a sconce... very much appreciated!

We have used Ambient for almost 10 years. They have done heating, air conditioning, electrical and plumbing at two houses - installed furnaces, a heat pump/air conditioner, hot water tank, replaced a breaker box on hot water tank, cleared a major plugged drain, replaced a toilet, and changed a shower faucet. The customer service rep is very efficient and is quick to return our call. We have our heating and air conditioner service contract with them. When anyone asks us for a reference for these services Ambient is the company we recommend.

They changed me $90 for doing nothing, by the time their employee made it to my place I already had my issue fixed. I was still charged because he basically touched my water heater and already told him I don’t need their services anymore because he was late.
