The technician came out to service our unit and to repair it as well. He was very knowledgeable. He also explained what the issue was and he had to order parts and text me from his personal phone to give me updates when the parts were coming in.

Excellent sales approach, worked to understand our needs and make appropriate recommendations. Answered our questions and presented options. Notified us in advance of arrival on site, arrived promptly and worked continuously to complete our installation within a day. The team cleaned up the site and ensured our satisfaction prior to leaving.

Call them the day before to find out some information and schedule appointment never got a call back had to call the next day they did say sorry and said don't know why anyone didn't reach out to me when they were supposed to then made an appointment for this morning and then I get a call saying it won't be till later today around 5 an let'remind youit's emergency service with 100° and a newborn in the home and we are reoccurring customers surely to God I expected better treatment than this

Arrived Promptly the day after Christmas! The technician, Tyler, was very polite and identified the problem promptly! My ac unit was back up and running quickly!!

They installed an AC unit in 2018 and I've had to have service done each year. One of the repairmen threatened me by saying he knew where I lived and they misrepresented what would be paid for when I asked them to address warranty issues with the unit they installed. Do yourself a favor and choose another provider.

I called them Sunday morning as my AC unit went out and they have yet to call me. Their inability to return my call tells me they do not care. Very poor customer service skills and will meet call on them again.

I definitely would recommend them our air would not work at all and we called them they had Doug over the next day he came over checked everything and had to replace the outside unit he came over the next day with a unit and installed it he couldn't check the air because it was to cold outside it got warmer as the day went on and it froze over when we used it he came over today and checked everything it was just to much freon I definitely would recommend Doug he is the best.
