A-1 Finchum Heating & Cooling

After not having heat for almost a week, this company got us in right away to replace our package unit. They were extremely helpful and kind and took their time and care putting in the new unit. I will be using them again and recommending them to everyone I know!

Randall at A-1 Finchum is a fantastic guy! They came out to clean the coils on my unit and found a capacitor that needed to be replaced in the process. Unlike any HVAC contractor I've used in the past, they showed me the part they replaced and why.

After having such a great experience, I've started using them as a sub for some of my projects. I highly recommend Randall and A-1! And they've been around for 30-40 years as well!

I have been a customer of A-1 Finchum for over 20 years, but I will be using the "happy face" guys for any future work. My Amana unit was installed by Finchum just over 6 years ago, and even though parts are supposedly covered by the factory warranty... labor charges for around 2.5 to 3 hours of on-site work (by one person, not a team) and "for the guy that handles the paperwork for the parts warranty" resulted in charges of $605. This seems pretty high to me, so I won't be using these guys any longer.

Austin and Philip installed a new HVAC unit for us. They were fast, on time, efficient and high quality. I would recommend.
