These guys from Stewart heating and air were awesome. The people from AIRNOW botched my whole entire unit. Kenneth and his crew came out and knew exactly what to do and fixed the problem immediately. Very knowledgeable and professional. Thanks fellas .Y'all truly know what you're doing. I truly appreciate Kenneth coming on his day off to make sure me and my family had heat in my home. The guy came to replace a Hayward SuperPump 1.5HP that went back less than a year. When asked to come.. he knew the pump he put in was bad but did not want to work or even come and kept asking if I had insurance. He was the one responsible. I believe the item replaced was defective which should not have gone bad in less than a year with a Hayward Superpump under warranty. Avoid. Those companies working under AHS or and home warranty are truly not reliable. Go with someone else.. regrets and headaches only

Prompt, courteous service. Was referred by our home warranty company. Kenneth came out quickly, performed service, explained it and told us to call back if there were any other problems. Very good experience.

the first service was great the second service was awful. First time they came in and fixed my garage disposal but it only last about a week and it is not working again. They scheduled the appointment at 1pm. The technician did not show up so I called they said they would be here between 3-5. I called again at 4, they said they are running behind. Now it is 5:45 still receive no call from them and wouldn't answer their phone. Very bad company

Very responsive and professional. Was able to fix my issue over the phone. I will use them again in the future if I have issues with my AC unit.

Installed my AC unit incorrectly, failed to put on rodent guard or properly seal it to the house. When notified of this they failed to make corrections. Buyer beware.

Awesome service! Tech was on time, courteous and even helped troubleshoot an issue over the phone as he was not in town. I would recommend to anyone!
