Our home warranty, HWA (which I do not recommend them!) assigned Stewart Enterprises to handle an issue with our air conditioner repair. They were 30 plus minutes late every time, it took several call backs on repairs and just recently realized that a near $1000 repair on our air handler that they installed has a bad coil. It's been less than 6 months and for the 3rd time since June our ac is now out again.

When I called them, I was informed it wasn't covered by manufacturers warranty, so now we are out another $730 to get this repair on a supposedly brand new air handler that was installed in August. Never again going with this company!

For the last several weeks we have had freon blowing into our house due to this recent issue involving the air handler and it is now empty despite us refilling it in August. This is a health hazard, we have ypung children, and this company didn't seem to care one bit. Anyone but them would probably be better. We are sticking with Mainstream from now on.

Stewart Enterprises Heating & Cool LLC installed our new central heat and air unit in a very timely manner, and his personnel was very nice and professional and helpful.

they went the extra mile to redo our duct work as it needed to be modified from the original install.

had a slight issue with a loose connection and they sent another man out soon as i called even though they were on another job and make it right .

and they help me set my extended free warranty that gives you an extra 5 years of warranty, from 5 years to 10 years of warranty on our new central air ac unit.

Stewart Enterprises installed a new pool pump through our home owners warranty. I noticed that the pump was not pulling a good vacuum and called Ronardo. They came out that same day and figured out the problem. He did not have the part that he needed on his truck and said they would be back the next day. He was here the next day with the part and fixed the problem. I was very pleased with the service of work and responsiveness that we received.

They came out the same day, earlier than what they originally said. Quoted me several thousand less than another company and gave me other options after the other company said my only option was replacing my whole unit. They were responsive and had all the work done in Less than a week.

We were assigned Stewart Enterprises through our home warranty to help with our AC issue, something that we've had repeated calls about with other services and no luck over the last 2 years. Stewart Enterprises' employees were on-time, courteous, and professional. We were absolutely impressed and will recommend this company to anyone. We truly appreciated that the associate took the time to explain what was going on, break it down, and offer the appropriate solution to our issue for a reasonable price. Awesome service!

Stewart Enterprises did an amazing job fixing my hvac system. My home warranty company dragged their feet at every step but Stewart came as fast as possible once things were approved. They even did the replacement on Christmas Eve which was amazing since we are set to have some seriously cold days ahead. Thank you so much!

Mr. Stewart and his team responded to an emergency call of mine and COMPLETELY replaced one of the units in below freezing temperatures. They are a kind bunch with beyond exceptional work ethic. I have called again for one of my rental properties and he was happy to go perform his job duties there. Mr. Stewart is completely knowledgeable and truly loves what he does. I would definitely recommend him and his team to anyone.

Big shout out to Stewart Enterprises Rolando for a great job getting by pool pump motor replaced on opening day!! Very professional and responsive completing this job. I've depended on Stewart's several times over the years and they're always there for me!!

Arrive to view my unit 11/15/21. Technician stated he would return 11/16/21 to complete the task and that I should receive another automated message providing me my appointment time for 11/16/21 by 5pm 11/15/21. 11/16/21 arrived and I received no text but I received a call at 4:06pm from the same technician stating he did order the part so he will have to do it 11/17/21. I received an automated message 11/16/21 at 5:54pm stating my appointment is at 2pm 11/17/21. 11/17/21 is here. I called the technician at 2:10pm inquiring about the service they stated to do. The technician stated the job is to be completed between 2pm - 4pm. However the message sent to me specifically stated 2pm. The technician did not arrive to my house till 4:30pm. The job was completed but the lack of professionalism and ownership is disheartening. I hope they read this and improve on their services.

They replaced my AC unit and were quick to install. They gave me great options to choose from and were honest and fair about pricing. They were also professional and cleaned up after their work and even replaced a light for me : ) Would definitely recommend to others!
