Really bad. Called to have a Remi Halo installed and they said they could do it. A MONTH later on the day of the appointment tell me they would need to owner to come out. Asked when they could do it and the response was literally “we are too busy to do it”.

Save yourself time and stress and go somewhere else. Really bad customer service and professionalism.

This company is super responsive and thorough with their evaluations. Khanh has made multiple trips for easy fixes left by the prior company and each time made sure he explained the ins and outs of the issue and remedies. Sang & sons is a honest company that isn’t trying to just make a buck. Highly recommend!
