Please use another company. They have bad business practices. I was charged an additional 100.00 to get someone to come out maintenance my ac unit. I was told they could come out the following day by one associate then the manager told me that it would cost 100.00 to come out. However I have a home warranty and they told me it would have to be scheduled a week later bc I had a home warranty. Not to mention they didn't fix the problem right the first time. They were not on time when the came the first time. I will never use this company again. I would advice anyone to find another company.

They claimed to have fixed our A/C unit and that they were replacing the fan as well, the fan never got fixed and now we are without A/C and they will not be able to come until Thursday; we've been without A/C since Sunday around 2pm. Good luck trying to get through to someone without sitting on hold forever. Customer service is NOT their strong suit. You won't receive calls back, calls to schedule, the tech will just show up as he pleases. They are NOT available 24 hours and as their wait recording claims, they will NOT send someone in 30 minutes or less. Just please go elsewhere. Whoever Mr. Greenway is or was this entire company is a disappointment.
Our AC wasn’t acting right and we went through our home warranty. Jordan came out on Saturday to take a look and did everything he could (probably about 2 hours of work if not more) and nothing helped. He let me know next steps. Unfortunately it was too hot in our home and I had to call and leave a message to know next steps. But come Monday morning at 8:42 am, we were receiving a call from home office to schedule a project manager to visit our home sams day. Cody came out, looked at what was going on. He sat down and went over all our options. Once we decided what was best for our budget, we texted him with our decision. Within 20 minutes, if that, we got a call letting us know they would be out the next day. YES!! They guys got here at 11 and worked NON. STOP. until the project was completed at 8:42 PM. that’s right P. M. They never once complained and worked their tales off to continue our services and get us back in a comfortable house again. We offered water/Gatorade/snacks and they took very few if any because their mind set was to “get this done for you correctly and effectively”. We could not be happier with the dedication these three men showed tonight to get our home back to normal. If you have ANY concerns, call these guys!! THANK YOU GREENWAY!!!
Greenway diagnosed and repaired my Samsung refrigerator drainage problem. Darrell and Nathan were professional and courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. I appreciated the courtesy calls to let me know when they would arrive and how to prepare for the repair. Highly recommend.
Our central air unit, split Trane unit, wasn't blowing cool or cold air in June. AHS was called to do a diagnostic on the unit. We paid our service fee to AHS and on 6/4/2021 Greenway came out, put in 3 lbs of coolant and did a UV-leak test. I have their invoice.
On August 1st AHS was contacted again because the a/c unit stopped blowing cool/cold air, another service fee was paid for Greenway Home Services to return for the same problem.
Greenway diagnosed the a/c as needing a new coil, (covered by AHS warranty), modifications to duct work, modifications to a drain line and 11 lbs of coolant, all of which were not covered by AHS and totaling $1,735.00..
I became suspicious that Greenway wasn't being truthful and was fabricating a an expensive repair that purposely wasn't covered by AHS. This was confirmed to me by another home owner who had the same experience with Greenway. I asked Greenway to put their diagnosis in writing and email it to me. It never arrived. My husband had a conversation with a supervisor which went nowhere.
We called a very reputable heating and cooling company that we have used for 11 years to come and look at the unit. Lie #1: it was 2.5 pounds low on coolant, not 11 pounds that Greenway purported. Lie #2: there was a leak around the coil which a dye test confirmed and the leak was repaired. Lie #3: no modifications were needed for the unit. Total cost was $673.00.
We should be refunded for the fee we paid in June since obviously the leak test that Greenway claims they performed was bogus, a lie. We should also be refunded for the August 1st fee for the same issue which Greenway tried to exaggerate and lie about.
We are considering cancelling our AHS warranty because of your choice in dishonest contractors. The list of complaints filed with the BBB against Greenway Home Services since June are numerous.
Greenway is always very prompt in scheduling an appointment for service. They notify you by phone and by text. They are always on time or just a couple minutes early. I have never had to wait. Dimitri with Greenway is absolutely outstanding! I hope my technician remains Dimitri as long as I live in this home. He is just simply the best! He is very knowledgeable, he explains everything very well, he talks about maintaining your system and I like that. I like that they sent me a postcard reminding me of fall cleaning for my air conditioner and furnace. I can't say enough about this company or Dimitri. I wish I had the same experience with other companies that I have with this company! And I wish all my technicians were as expert as Dimitri is, and that all companies were as positive and forward-thinking to help maintain your heating and cooling systems and prevent problems.

Our tech had a FULL work load around Middle Tennessee but he took time at our place and I didn’t feel like he rushed the work but made sure to do the right thing and address our problem. Others maybe don’t like the wait times for service, I can sympathize as our heat went out on the coldest day this year. But you know what, I can’t get mad at a company working hard to get everyone their heat back, and again I appreciate them actually taking time at our house when they arrived. Our service tech’s name was Scott or Chris.

Jacob was training Elvis and they tag teamed my AC. Both were very professional. Explained how things worked, and worked fast! Recommend these 2 for future AC repairs.
