I’ve been waiting 28 days for a repair. I’ve called everyday for a month and they still haven’t came to fix my air. They say they are waiting for a part. I called today. They actually have the part in their office now and still haven’t scheduled an appt to come out. Maureen, who is over my account, is horrible. She still hasn’t contacted me and I’ve been told I would her from her everyday by an agent. A total lie and a waste of time. Let’s not forget it’s 91 degrees outside. I hate hate hate hate this company.

Greenway Home Services comes to my home on the 28th. Although the techs that showed were able to diagnose the issue and these techs are awesome, I have been dealing with this company and my HVAC not working since April. My unit still has a slow leak and they are supposed to come back out and fix the issue today July 1. As I sit in my bed after a total hysterectomy. They are aware that I have had a major surgery and need cold air. We shall see how today turns out. I would NOT recommend this company to any home owners. Oh I was also told by a supervisor that they would install a new filter dryer and they did not. They tell you they will do a lot and do not. I am only continuing through this company at this point because everything has been processed through home warranty.

Our technician Chris Ayers was excellent! He found 3 problems for us and easily and promptly fixed all the issues we had with our heating unit. He noticed there was a gas leak and he repaired it. He also determined the blower motor was no longer functioning and the capacitor was blown and he got everything in good working order in a very time efficient manner. He had a great personality, was very professional and helped us to understand what the problems were and made us feel confident that they have been properly repaired. Our service was top notch and we will definitely request Chris again! Thanks so much! 😉

New UPDATE: Johnathan, the service manager came out on Friday, 2/12/21 and re- looked at the heating unit. He repaired it so that I could have heat Friday night with a promise to be back Saturday to fully replace a part. He did as he said and my unit is running GREAT. I'm so grateful for him and the general manager that offered me a hotel room should my unit not work properly before the final repairs could get done. I appreciate how they took care of me despite the mishap that occurred Thursday. I'll definitely recommend them to others.

2/11/21:They came out to repair my heating issue but it wasn't fixed correctly. Therefore, I am forced to be without heat until the next day that someone can come out. So far this week is supposed to be the coldest. I am disappointed because this unit is less than a year old and still under warranty.

I would like to personally acknowledge Caleb Miller, for his Exceptional External Customer Service as well as His expedient and professional mannerisms in handling my plumbing problems today.

I’ve previously used Greenway, but Caleb is an Exceptional standard of an employee.
He even offered other services offered by greenway for me to consider to help in maintaining my home.
Thanks Caleb for a GREAT Experience!!

He was worth the wait, I just wish it didn’t take a week to add me to your work order requests.
Other than that this was a Great Experience!

Ranel just left our home after completing our summertime tune-up. He called a half hour before arriving, to let us know that he was on his way. He is the kindest, most friendly fellow, and did a great job servicing our two units. He mentioned that one of the units was packed with needles from the nearby tree, and suggested a cover that would prevent that from happening in the future, and greatly improve the unit's efficiency. No hard sell, just a recommendation. We so appreciated his input. He will be back tomorrow to install. Such great service! We have used Greenway since moving to Nashville in 2013, and they never disappoint. From the office staff to the service technicians. Wish all companies offered such wonderful customer service.

I was so disappointed with this company. First I was referred to them through my home warranty service for a slow drain in my bathroom sink. They came out four days later, the agent didn't introduce himself until I asked him his name. Them he told me after running water and plunging my sink that he had to get authorization to run a snake/auger the clear due to the type of piping material they didn't want to be liable for any damage. Two days later I get an email that another company has been assigned to fix the problem because Greenway couldn't do it. Two days later Avelino Plumbing shows up and fixes the problem in less than 15 min with no issues.

I have read many of the positive reviews of this company, so I may just be an anomaly, but the service guy came to my house on Wednesday, said he needed a part and he get back to me later in the day to see if the part was covered by my warranty. I told him whether it’s covered or not I still need so please just order it. Today is Saturday, I still have yet to receive even 1 call from him nor the company about the progress of the repair. I have called them several times and the response is the same, we are waiting for the warranty to company. I have called the warranty company several times as well and they said Greenway has yet to submit any work order/request. Feels like I’m getting the run around, meanwhile no heat/air.

I do have a home warranty and this company was chosen to do the repairs. Quite honestly I was excited to work with them considering their google reviews. The experiences I had were drastically different than the reviews I read on google. I went to Facebook to apply a bad review. That’s when I discovered the mother load of tall tale signs they aren’t experienced nor do they possess the experience to work on HVAC units. They were to replace a compressor and after we paid them $200 for custom work to make the compressor work the unit was turned on, it didn’t turn on, so they sent in a request for a different technician to come out and look at it. A few hours later another technician came and he basically said the previous installers always do this to him which he flipped a breaker off and then back on and waited 5 minutes, it worked for about an hour. Called the company back and they sent out a Manager the following day. He was overly confident that it was going to work and reassured it is going to work. Maybe an hour after he left it quit working again. We’ve stayed home 3 days for these fools to do what they need to do and let them send out 4 separate technicians. Amongst all this we’ve had to make over a hundred phone calls for this company to answer the phone and even get out here. Wish I would’ve went with my gut and requested a new company when I couldn’t get ahold of anyone. We have filed a better business claim, the warranty company knows they couldn’t fix it and they are sending out a new company. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache and heartache. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANY COMPANY!

Kendall Talley with Greenway is the best! I've had a problem with my heat shutting down periodically during very cold temperatures, but starting up again after 8 or so hours. The company that had been servicing my equipment for years kept telling me straight line winds were shutting it down, but it would happen on days I was sure there were no winds. Without going into detail, Kendall figured out the problem and it wasn't winds. He took the time to sit in the crawl space and monitor what was happening so he could figure it out. Because the problem occurred during the confluence of several factors, it really took good detective work and patience. And, I love that Greenway will send out repair people 7 days a week because invariably problems occur on Fridays. The other company I was using only worked weekdays. The people who schedule the service are very nice and accommodating as well. And, finally Greenway guarantees the work for longer than the other company I had been using, which is a great assurance.
