As an American Home Shield customer I have little choice in choosing who does our Ac/furnace repair. When I first had the opportunity to have warranty repair done Greenway stumbled with our hot water heater repair. It needed replacement but was taking weeks, until I made the company's owner aware. They quickly made up for the delays by setting me up with a commercial grade water heater and I've had no issues with it since. They have since been to my home many times over the years and have provided only the best service since. Last year my ac was in need of repair but Greenway was not sent. This other company sent a guy who looked at my equipment and said he couldn't repair it until it stopped working completely (AHS rules, not theirs) and closed my case. The ac went out in the worst part of the summer on a Friday evening. I couldn't make an appointment until Monday and then the first available appointment was a week out. Then, the original technician quit so they had to send a different tech and then order parts. It was weeks without ac. All the while I was wishing Greenway had been called Instead. Service is always correct and with minimal delay. Thanks for always providing great service.

We’ve been working with Greenway since 1/9 (today is 2/14) regarding our two furnaces because American Home Shield contracts with them and the original service request was through our home warranty. Greenway mis-diagnosed the issue on both furnaces during their first two visits. They did send someone who seemed to know more on the next two visits. When both furnaces were finally scheduled to (supposedly) be repaired on 2/8 they cancelled the appt that morning, and a week later I still do not have a reschedule date despite several requests. We’ve been extraordinarily patient throughout this entire ordeal but patience is now gone. We have not had heat for over five weeks, during which the weather has been in the teens. The inside of our house was in the 40s. By far the worst experience with a HVAC company we’ve ever had and we DO NOT recommend them under any circumstance.

User beware! Greenway came to my property to diagnose a broken HVAC. They identified a variety of issues and sent a project manager to further verify the situation the following day. They promised to provide an estimate but abandoned the project with no explanation. After calling and asking, I could not reach the project manager for an explanation. They wasted my time and will likely waste yours.

Elvis Velasquez came out and did a cleaning and Tune Up of 2 units and did a GREAT job. Cleaning the coils on HVAC units is VERY important and some guys do a bad job because it is time consuming. Elvis did a GREAT job and showed me before and after photos on his phone.

I have American Home Shield warranty and they sent them to verify, what I had another unbiased company diagnose. They concurred the parts needed but failed to tell them my unit was 15yrs old with rust issues, and leaking gas, so the gas had to be shut off and that 2 parts were on national back order w/ no eta, the other no longer available. This was on 12/7/22. AHS wouldn’t do a cash out settlement on unit do to parts technically could at some point b available. They could only do a settlement of the parts and labor. Independent contractor that delt in my brand quoted $4976, Greenway told them $340 after 2 weeks of calling them to give AHS the price. I spent $8300 of my money and am trying to get the $340 from AHS bc they didn’t get the complete story of my system in the beginning and will only reimburse me the money Greenway says will fix my unit. Be careful, also I noticed after this that they’re affiliated with AHS and not even an accredited BBB business. Their service guy was thorough and concurred but Greenway never disclosed all the information, therefore I was left with that bill for a new unit right before Christmas, and obviously I used another company.

Ranel was great. Very pleasant and did a fantastic job of replacing our water heater. Ranel had scheduled some time off to attend to some personal matters, but when he found out we were in desperate need of a hot water heater, he set aside his time off and came out to replace the tank!
