This is one of the main places professionals go for HVAC supplies, but we’re very patient and helped me come up with a small order for my shop. Nice people. .

I was waiting on one truck to get unloaded so I can get a dock to get uloaded. It took 7 hours for that single truck, and then they refused to get me a dock afterwards.

My first time going here I was a little confused but the guys at the front desk helped me every step of the way I look forward to doing more business with them

The store in Nippers Corner has excellent customer service. These guys have helped me out where others didn't have parts or were not willing.

Super Great Staff, very friendly & very knowledgeable. Its actually is a good experience.

When that place gets busy be ready to wait a loooong time.

Literally The worth place to buy from . They have an attitude and a very dirty customer service. Words can not describe what I really feel toward them. I brought my nephew with me to turn some leftover items for plumbing. The person at the cashier was causing out and saying very bad words like ” shit” Because they was dust on them. I left the store immadality no trying to bring it up to my nephew attention. They said most of these stuff we can not return which they were cost over $300, and they price is too high. I wish I had time to take it to the next level with them. So disrespectful and no helping workers. You must think twice before you go there.
