Literally The worth place to buy from . They have an attitude and a very dirty customer service. Words can not describe what I really feel toward them. I brought my nephew with me to turn some leftover items for plumbing. The person at the cashier was causing out and saying very bad words like ” shit” Because they was dust on them. I left the store immadality no trying to bring it up to my nephew attention. They said most of these stuff we can not return which they were cost over $300, and they price is too high. I wish I had time to take it to the next level with them. So disrespectful and no helping workers. You must think twice before you go there.

Way over priced. The sales people are very snobby. If you want to return something because it doesn't work right in your home they charge you a 25 percent restocking fee. Shop online and you don't have to be treated like a second rate citizen and get over charged to do it.

I needed a specialty part that they didn't have and they kindly apologized and recommended me to someone else. That shows a company that cares about the customer not worried about just making a dollar. Great customer service!

Super Slow stuff and bad behavior with customers and most likely alot of drama they well take my money but won't give me my receipt wow. Last time it took them more than 30 minutes to print out a receipt

I needed a Moen cartridge for a leaky shower valve and figured Lowe's or HD wouldn't have it. Big mistake. The guys here are great and I get that small business is under siege, but they charged $80 for a part which I later saw at Lowe's for $46. The generic brand part was even less. Sure, I expect some markup, but $34 is ridiculous.

As an HVAC Contractor, I'm can't say enough about the staff at Ferguson. Very friendly and helpful. Wide selection of industry related products at fair prices. If they don't have it in stock, they'll have it to you from on of their other branches in no time. Highly recommend this company.

Worked there for almost 5 years upper management are smart asses only worried about a sale not employees .direct supervisors are immature kids that only care about what girl they get to sleep with . Everybody is related and it's a good ol boy system. They really need to clean house and then maybe it would be a good place to work like it was.

I called about a blower motor and this person said they have some and they would sell to individuals.
I went to pick it up and this other idiot said they do not sell to individuals... after I told him that I just spoke with someone and he said that he would sell.
Then he said ok I will sell but I don't have that model type... I only have universal.
The universal doesnt have the mounting brackets.... so what am I supposed to do with that????
What kind of idiots this company is hiring??
Are they that desperate for employees that they can't find professional ones.

Though there is an order area and related showroom, the building is mostly a large warehouse for order pickup. The staff was helpful for picking and delivering the ordered items to my vehicle. Room for a number of vehicles of various sizes to back in for pickup.

Everytime i come in here it is close to an hour wait. I call my orders in so i dont have to wait. Unfortunately thats not the case. Im still waiting in the will call area for supplies along with several other people. The story today os the computer system got hacked but what abou yesterday or the day before. Whats the pont in having a will call if you dont have the stuff waiting? Smh
