Reese has been servicing our heat and air for many years now. Fast and reliable service. Reasonable prices. Polite and friendly employees. They always do their best to get to us quickly. I totally trust them to take care of our heating and cooling needs.

The service from Bobby Reese Heating & Air Conditioning has been amazing. I called them on a Monday and the next day they were promptly there and completed the services on Wednesday. The office attendant when I called was so nice and caring. It was like we had known each other for ever. It's rare these days to have that kind of connection with a service provider on the first call.

Called three of the big HVAC companies that advertise in middle Tennessee. All told me I would have to replace the entire air conditioning unit for $2500-$5000. They also said they didn’t have the parts in stock, two weeks to order. This in the middle of a 100° heat wave. I bought two window units I kept calling around until… I found Reese heating and air.
Bobby Reese INC had a technician to help the next day, determined it was only the compressor that was bad, gave me an estimate and said they could install it the next morning. They just finished work today in this 101° heat, and the actual invoice was lower than the estimate!! Jeff & Jonathan were excellent.

My bad luck I had 2 rental units have problems in one week. My good luck was Reese handled both problems quickly, on time, and at a fair price. They contacted me before the service call and showed up on time and fixed both units as quickly as possible.

Called multiple different ac companies when my unit wasn’t running like it should. He not only Didn’t rip me off but showed up the same day. Everyone else either never called me back or was gonna be several days. He was polite and professional. I would recommend him to anyone.

These people are great! They have done a lot of work for me over the years. Reese has a small business feel, excellent customer service and fast responses.

I have to rely on the integrity and expertise of my contractors because I know so little. These guys are a "one visit and done" company. I can always rely on them to get it done well and the bill is fair. I have been using them for abt 5 years.

HVAC technician was on time, polite and friendly. Would be glad to have him again.
