Words can't explain just how amazing this company has been the past couple of years. From being extremely detailed oriented during the build and inspection phase our my new home to maintenance and servicing my units when a faulty part combined with a kick from a pest control guy they've been there every step of the way. And did I mention they are military friendly. Thanks so much for all you guys do.

Make sure you ask up front about any service charges, bc twice now no one mentioned it until they were leaving. Then we were told by the service tech that if we went w/ them on our job, they would deduct the $75 service charge from the job. I was told this morning that was not going to happen & the service tech had no right to tell us that. Needless to say, twice w/ this experience, lesson learned! We will NOT be doing business with them ever again. I prefer to do business with a company that is up front & that stands behind what they say. I'll be sure to get EVERYTHING in writing from now on...again, lesson learned.

Prentice Alsup is a fantastic HVAC Vendor. They do a vast amount of work for our company Stones River Property Management . We receive quotes in a prompt matter as well as follow up's if parts need to be ordered or an unexpected issue arises. They are willing to do after hour calls if needed and always do their best to schedule appointments with our tenants as quickly as possible, even during the peak seasons of extreme temperatures.
Prentice Alsup is a very professional company that offers competitive rates for their services. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs either residential or commercial HVAC service.

I own a hair salon and have used this company for 5 years , my unit ran very well for 4 years then went out and they replaced it with a New Unit , Since the replacement they have had to come back about every 30 days because it keeps going out ,they proceed to say that my chemicals are stopping up the drain, then they said that the unit is crooked and not draining but still blaming my chemicals, Thus why it keeps Going out , it’s been 100 degrees and I can’t run a business like this , not to mention they get to charge for every return visit . I would Not Recommend this company at all

Trey, Josh , Brandon... they are great! Reasonable, responsive and experienced. Trustworthy! Have used their services twice for problems, not just maintenance.

They did a great job and we have been enjoying our cool air in the summer and hot heat in the winter! Very professional and nice group of workers. Great compatible prices!
