The people are great! They provide ethical and conscientious service. They are knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. They are also caring, value conscious, and timely. Won't work with anyone else as long as I'm in their service range.

Horrible horrible company! Their staff came out to my 83 yr old mothers house to work in the unit. Pulled away the HVAC and claimed they saw a skunk and left like in picture. Did not give my mom temp air during the times it temps reached over 100 degrees. My mom had to stay with me. Got TWO wildlife remover guys out and they confirmed no animals was under the house. Called the company and they sent someone out a week later on a Friday to inspect and not to fix they still refused to fix. Called Brentwood Comfort Control on Saturday. They came out without delay since they considered this an emergency and fixed with no problem and did not charge us a emergency weekend fee due to the circumstances. I will NEVER use this company again.

Have used several times on 2 different homes and have many neighbors in my subdivision that use Paschall, they are highly recommended by all. They are honest and priced fairly.

Needed someone to service our unit before the summer heat began. He was very flexible, professional, affordable and courteous. I will definitely be using him for our future heating and air needs.

Joe and Hunter were at my house at 8am on the day that my heat failed. Left to get parts, returned and finished and gone by 930a. We really needed this, as the outside temp was 22, and we were freezing. Thanks for a great job guys!
