Fann's Air Conditioning & Heating

This was the first time using Fanns but had always heard great things over the years. well I was not disappointed ! It was nice to have a service person have great respect for their job and the customer . Refreshing. Oh and a Fair price in fact very Fair.

I called and dealt with Gary (or Jerry) at first, and then James came out to the house to repair the upstairs unit. They came out the day I called. James was fantastic. I recommend these guys for sure.

I had a Junkitrol (Janitrol aka Goodman) take the big dump. Fanns arrived on time on the scene, put some new registers, fixed the return, etc and installed new unit. They not only had a fair price, Jason was delightful to work with. These guys have their act together ! 100 star!

Was under warranty. Had to order parts, came in and replaced. They went above and beyond.

They always do a good job and charge a fair price for my rental property heating and air maintenance and repair needs, I highly recommend these guys
