Estes & Cain Heating and Air Conditioning

Estes and Cain has been our HVAC company for several years. They replaced our HVAC system and it has performed very well. I have an annual maintenance contract with Estes and Cain. The young man who comes to the house and inspects the complete system reassures my wife and myself that that it is an excellent system.

This locally owned business is worth your time to check out when you're looking for an hvac partner. We switched to them last year, and have been extremely pleased with their service and communication. I will be using them for a new install on a home addition as well as switching our commercial business to their maintenance program.

This Company is 5 star all the way! The Company also cares personally for their customers. I experienced it from them when I lost my husband, they treated me like I was their family with calls and card. They do exactly what they say the will and try to do it as reasonable as possible. They always return your calls. Their service guys are pleasant and helpful when they are at your home on a call.

Estes and Cain recently completed a full new system installation for me, as part of a larger project, and they did a fantastic job. The home owners have lived in the house for several years and portions of it have never gotten below 80 during the summer or above 50 during the winter. This year they have had a consistent 70 +/- temperature throughout the entire house. To say they are happy, would be an understatement.

I use them at my own house for fall and spring tune ups. My wife was impressed with the detail in their service and how the actually explain what they have tested and found.

And, if you have their annual service agreement, they will show up when you need them the most. Our capacitor blew and we lost cooling this summer. Kyle was there quicker than I could have hoped for (we have small kids). He had what he needed on the truck and had us back up and running in no time. No crazy after hours x3 $$$ rate even though it was 8:30pm on a Sunday.

I've relied on Estes & Cain exclusively for all of my recent HVAC concerns. They're exceedingly professional, courteous, and punctual. And I've always felt that they're providing me with honest and extremely reasonable pricing for their services. Out of the three HVAC systems at my house, two are relatively new, and I'm expecting the third to require replacement any time now (it's 14 years old). When that time comes, I fully intend to reach out to Estes and Cain again.

The Estes technicians are very skilled and will keep at it until it is either fixed or it just cannot be repaired. Also, unlike so many places, Estes tries their best to fix rather than just replace. If there is no hope, they will give you their best guidance as to what you should do. I feel extremely comfortable dealing with the Estes team. I don't think you can do any better.

Thankful for how responsive Jim and his team were when our AC unexpectedly went out. McKenna was the Tech and he was quick to fix the issue and made recommendations for next time. Very pleased with the service and professionalism!

I have had the unfortunate pleasure of using Jim several times. He did a fantastic job maintaining our unit until it was no longer feasible. Then he quickly installed a brand new unit that has been working flawlessly ever since. I know that in the future if we ever have problems again he will be my first to call.
