Josh was very responsive and did excellent work at our current home. When we build our next home A&A HVAC Services will be doing the work for us. I have great confidence and trust in Josh Tenpenny. He is excellent.

We were so satisfied that we are starting a quarterly maintenance program with A&A for our commercial HVAC system.

Eric arrived when he said he would. Friendly and professional. He got the new thermostat up and running. He explained it to us so we would understand it. He set up our phones to control the Thermostat. He went through our system and cleaned it up. He cleaned up inside the house We have enjoyed working with A&A and especially Eric. We highly recommend both the company and Eric.

A&A HVAC is the only person I would trust to serve my 20+ units at my workplace. A different company installed eight 12.5 Ton units incorrectly and Josh has been the only person who has helped us get the units up and running, and maintained. He does an absolutely incredible job!

Our home was built in 2019. This is the company that was hired to install the AC unit. In august our AC went out. They came out and diagnosed it as a defective compressor. The compressor is still under warranty but it was going to take over a month to get a new one and they were going to charge us over 1k for installation. I had another company come out and check it out. Ended up fixing the actual issue and only charging us $100. A&A is still trying to charge us $170 service charge for coming out to look at it. Even though they are the ones who installed it, and they diagnosed it incorrectly which could have cost us a ton of money and we could have been out of AC for several weeks.

A&A came to my rescue after I was left high and dry by another local company. Despite the late hour at which I contacted A&A, they were at my house assessing the AC system within 45 minutes. They quickly gave me an assessment, ordered a replacement coil, and came back to definitively fix the problem a few days later, after the part arrived. They were professional and kind, and I certainly appreciate their work.

My experience with A and A HVAC services and their technician Josh Tenpenny was great. Josh explained everything he was going to do before he did and gave me options as well. he also gave me his professional opinion to assist me with several difficult decisions along the way. They worked with me as i did not have all the money up front and worked out a payment plan that was suitable to me. Josh was kind of enough to call a couple times after the installation to make sure the new unit was working properly and the 2nd existing unit was working as well. The old unit just recently started leaking water and i called Josh late one evening around 9pm and not only did he answer but he walked me through the problem to put a band aid on it until he was able to come out the next day and clear the clog. Josh has been great, he is friendly and knowledgeable. he was recommended to me by a friend at work and i will not hesitate to give someone else the same recommendation to use josh and A and A HVAC services. I am rating my experience a 4 1/2 with no complaints!

I had a great experience with A&A HVAC. They know their stuff. I got back from a vacation when it was freezing outside and my 2 yr old unit went out. Josh came out and took a look and explained everything. It turned out it the previous company that installed my unit didn't do it correctly and Josh was able to quickly and accurately assess everything and fix it all up. Needless to say, My wife and I are no longer freezing! Highly recommend A&A HVAC Services!

I love this company. They are local owned and that is a huge plus. Love supporting the local independent people.
They were very prompt. Sent a message from the website and they responded the same day and were here the next. The professionalism is outstanding, very polite and happy to answer questions.
The cost to replace the motor, add freon and the service call was better than I expected.
I had a very satisfied in my experience with them in all aspects. I would highly recommend them.

I only have great things to say about A&A HVAC in Murfreesboro TN!
The folks there are a pleasure to work with from assessing the problems with our existing unit to our options on repairs vs. a new unit.
We chose to go with a 16 seer American Standard split unit for our upstairs. I thought the crew did an amazing job especially since the location for the heat pump was in an extremely small & hard to work area behind a knee wall. The owner himself, Josh Tennpenny, quickly came up with a plan of attack to modify the area to accommodate the unit to insure it would function better & be much easier to access for future routine maintenance & service.
The unit they installed outside is so quiet 2 people can stand beside it & have a conversation even at a whisper.
When the downstairs unit goes Josh & his professional, knowledgeable, kind & well mannered crew will be back to remove & install that one as well.
