I was the on-site contact person for my condo community's twelve common area HVAC units.

Christian came out today to balance our HVAC system. We have had issues for 7 months and he went all out collecting data to scientifically diagnose the problem. He explained everything and how it all works in very clear terms we could understand. I cannot recall the last guy who came out, but he was in and out in 5 minutes and didn't fix the issues and made us feel like we were an inconvenience to him. I also want to call out Jason too. That dude a few months back dropped everything he was doing to come help fix a wiring issue when our baby was a month old and temps were in the 20s, even gave me his cell phone number in case we had any issues. Thank you, Jason and Christian!

If I sign up for your care package, can ya'll make sure it's Christian who comes out to service our system?

We received a warranty repair this morning from Shanqua of Airtron to find out why we were not getting heat into the bathroom of our new home. He was on time, courteous and figured out our problem quickly & efficiently. Our problem was fixed within minutes. Shanqua thoroughly explained why the issue had happened and what he'd done to repair it. He also did a few additional things to assure we wouldn't have future problems. Great service and he's a great guy!

I had a wonderful experience with Airtron tonight!! I noticed our house getting uncomfortably warm this evening and our thermostat read 79 degrees. I called Airtron at about 8pm after not being able to diagnose the issue. I did sit on hold for quite some time, but a woman finally answered, got my information, and escalated my request for someone to come out as soon as possible tonight. Within minutes, Christian called me and was here by 9pm. We had a bad part, similar to the battery, that powers the AC unit (I can’t recall the name of what was bad). He replaced the part within 10 minutes and was on his way. Christian literally saved us!! Would highly recommend being a member and paying the monthly fee for reasons like this!

Was on time and very professional. Communicated with me throughout the process and showed me before and after work.

I am very pleased with the maintenance Ethan performed on my home. He was extremely professional and friendly. I will definitely be requesting him to come out next time!

Dwayne was fantastic and came 2 days earlier than expected to help us out when our A/C went out during the summer on a Saturday. He was very polite and friendly and figured out the problem in a matter of minutes! Super helpful guy. 100% would recommend him! Give this man a raise!!

I want to say thank you to Airtron and to Chris Z. for repairing my AC unit! Chris was very polite and respectful and explained exactly what was being completed throughout the process. A part needed to be ordered and the communication was important for me since I, too, have a day job!
Chris put on covers for his shoes and was very neat in my house! He even helped show me how to better use my app to control the unit when away from home!!
