Technician was knowledgeable and friendly he determined the problem quickly but still did a thorough check over of the thermostat and vents.

Although I did not receive a call to notify me of the follow-up appointment for the repair, Daylon (the technician) was kind enough to wait for me to arrive home from work. He was so polite and made sure to explain to me what he was replacing. He even took the time to look at the unit outside, which was not a part of the repair he was making. When he was finished running tests, he came back and explained what could/would have caused the outside unit to have frozen over. In between talks of the unit, we had a great conversation about the Super Bowl. He was such a friendly guy, even with my repair adding a delay to his day. He kept a smile on his face and made me feel as though my repair were an important part of his day. I appreciate the time he took and making sure I was provided a copy of his report with the notes for the next technician.

Jaylen was the tech who came to inspect my AC. For the past weeks we have been suffering where the upstairs was not getting enough cold air. Jaylen with his knowledge was able to detect the problem. There was a wire not connected well causing this issue and the face of the monitor was broken. He made sure the AC kicked in before leaving. Amazing job Jaylen.

Darnel checked AC and heating levels to make sure they met all requirements. Made sure there were no kinks in the lines. Made sure air output was satisfactory. Made sure all dampeners were open and set correctly.

Great experience with this company. My technician was Christian Green. He was very prompt, respectful of my home wearing shoe covers, and very knowledgeable about the system. He changed a zoning board out and got the system back to optimal performance. I'm definitely happy with the service.

For Nashville’s Airtron Heating and Air Conditioning Services, Christian is an invaluable asset. We are a new build. Though it has not always been easy to come here (various newer buildings kinks to work out) Christian always shows up willing to get to the bottom of the issue at hand and makes sure to be intentional advising, explaining and documenting what he has done, or what he suggests be done. He is reliable, knowledgeable, and kind. Though I have had my issues from time to time with Airtron, and can’t give them a 5 star review, I want this company to know they have an excellent 5 star tech in Christian. In addition, Dwayne did a great job repairing an ongoing issue with our condensation pan under our home that we have had from almost years one. He worked long and diligently. These two techs are techs worth their weight in gold. Airtron, if you are wanting to up your customer reviews and win big in servicing Nashville, begin hiring, repainting and pay up well, guys like Christian and Dwayne. Because today, in the service industry of any kind, these two techs are doing a tremendous job at setting a precedent for excellence.
