Quick response to schedule an appointment and was on time for the scheduled time slot. Was able to quickly fix our heating issue upon checking out the problem.

I had a great experience with Diane & the guys at Adams Air Conditioning & Heating! After many months with several other companies who never addressed the real issue with my unit, leaving me without A/C for weeks, I admit that I was skeptical. But the Adams team went above and beyond to work with the home owner, home warranty company, and the property management team to take care of the needs of the property I rented. They were efficient & professional, and coordinated schedules for a time that was best for me. Highly recommend this company!

I've been doing business with Adams Heating and Air for 16 or 17 years. They originally replaced a gas unit at a home I owned in Hendersonville. I was so pleased with their work, professionalism and price. I've referred Adams to many people since then and have only heard great responses. Most recently had a unit go out at my new home. Called Adams and they were there the next day. Scott was very knowledgeable, took time to explain everything and made recommendations to save us money, that's almost unheard of now days. Left the key to house and they were finished when I got home from work. Absolutely no mess inside or out left behind. I called the next day to ask how to submit the warranty, Diane had already completed and submitted it for me. Nice to have a family owned and operated business you can count on and trust. Will continue to recommend them to everyone I know.

We had a HVAC from 1992 that was on it’s last leg. A trusted neighbor referred me to Adam’s AC & Heating and I couldn’t be happier about it! I gave them a call and then Adam was over at the house the next day to inspect and give me a quote. He was so thorough and talked me through all of my options. The following day he and his partner installed a new unit and repaired some duct work underneath the house. My house has never felt cooler and it’s no longer humid in the house! The unit looks so much nicer than what was there. Both Adam and his partner were super friendly, fast, and did the job extremely well. We are so pleased! Money well spent!
