Jeff and George were prompt in their arrival and were exceedingly professional and informed. When they left, they made sure the floors were covered and cleaned. They were quick to respond to any inquiries I had. In sales, I worked with Tom, who was really helpful and professional. He also addressed all of my queries. The service has exceeded my expectations. They replaced my furnace and demonstrated how it differed from the old one. Before they left, we completed a thorough inspection of the furnace and air conditioning system, and everything was in working order. I'm quite pleased with the outcome.
