After a particularly disappointing experience with customer service issues, I received a call from Stephanie. She apologized for the problem and understood my frustration. She also understood that a curtesy call to customers to inform of delays would be appreciated and appropriate.
Garrett was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and polite. He conducted the routine system maintenance, replaced a part, & gave me a full summary of all work completed.
Signed up for the annual maintenance contract ($310/yr) and just had my first service completed by Garrett. I'm impressed! He gave a 20 min heads up call that he'd arrive at 9am (window was 9-11am) and then he showed up on time. He spent a lot of time answering my questions and servicing the units, like just over 2 hrs! I really appreciate how detail-oriented he was!
We signed a maintenance contract with Landmark when they installed our new HVAC system several years ago. They come out twice a year and do PM on the system. They check the coolant in the AC, and check lots of stuff on the attic unit. They also replace the MERV filter. For the last few visits out tech has been Garrett. He is polite, professional and efficient. We have been impressed with all the techs we have met with Landmark. Highly recommend them.
The repair man showed me how to use the new thermostat he installed and was great at the service. He even tolerated being jumped on by my big dog! Great guy and company!!
Our technician is Austin. Knowledgeable, courteous, punctual, efficient, exactly what I want as someone servicing my home mechanical systems. His technical college and training was paid for by his employer, for which he is grateful. This speaks to the ownership of the company. Over the past six years, we have seen 3 different technicians, all polite and prompt. We have had some issues over this time but Landmark has been fair and open in resolving these issues. They do not offer the cheapest service but they are fair and reasonable. I recommend Landmark Heating & Air Conditioning.
