I purchased an $85 hose for my power washer that busted immediately when I went to use it. I did not try to use this hose again and when I went to return it and they were extremely rude claiming I had “used and abused” this said hose which is absurd. They would not let me return it because I was TWO days out of the return window. In general this is ridiculous and especially during these times. Will not recommended this establishment to anyone.

JR walked me through the whole store trying to find me everything I needed for school, and helped me choose the right welding jacket. Hes awesome! 10/10 recommend shopping here.

They do have a good selection... BUT, anything useful to me as an auto tech you can really only get on online. Like swivel impact sockets, a single long reach 1/4" flex head ratchet etc... they pretty much sell everything every auto tech already has for the most part. My suggestion would be to start stocking these specialty tools and common buys for auto and diesel techs on your shelves and your sales will definitely go up. A lot of times we go to find these items as we need them and dont have time to wait for them to ship. Other stores do carry these items but the quality is blah. You have great brands available but you just fail to stock them. Very dissatisfied.

Nice easy to use website and had an aerator that no other store within 75 miles had at half the cost that amazon was charging. Bravo boys, u just picked up a new loyal customer

When everyone was out of generators after the March tornados I searched Home Depot and Lowes and Ace within a 150 mile radius. I called this store and a real person answered and told me they had a shipment due in at 10:00 AM that morning. I arrived at the Madison location at 9:45 AM and they had already put the first few out on the floor. I purchased one here because they have people who care about customers. The other big stores laughed at me if I on the exceptionally rare occasion I actually got someone on the phone to ask about generators
