    Stacy came highly recommended and I can see why. He is knowledgeable and helpful with any issue I've encountered related to HVAC. Great communicator, extremely reliable. You never have to wonder if he will get back with you. 10/10

    My heat went out in the night and I woke up in a panic. First thing in the morning, I started calling around, but I couldn't find anyone to come out that same day. Until I called Stacey at Mid-Tenn. He came in and saved the day. Not only did make time that day to come out and fix my HVAC, he identified and fixed some very serious problems that the last guys who came out overlooked. He worked efficiently, but took time to answer my questions, explain what he was doing and why, and go over short and long term options for my heating and cooling system. Nice guy, nice work, highly recommended.

    Stacey made time between scheduled appointments to come to our house the day our air conditioning unit failed. He consulted with us about our heating/cooling needs and our budget and recommended several options. He worked more than eight hours on a Saturday to place our new unit outside which required much digging, leveling, etc. and returned as necessary to complete the installation. We have been very impressed and grateful for his professionalism, knowledge, and conscientious attention to detail. We highly recommend Stacey Ferrell and Mid Tenn Mechanical HVAC.

    Extremely knowledgeable, honest, and fair. We had a new heat pump installed and are very happy with out new Amana heat pump and Mid Tenn Mechanical. Stacy is an honest and kind person so it was really nice having him around the house, too. And for what its worth, my cat who does not generally like people other than me, fell head over paws for Stacy.

    My husband and I are new homeowners, and our 7-year-old HVAC unit wasn't keeping our house warm. Luckily, it was warm enough this Christmas to keep it off for a few days while we did some homework. We started with Hiller, who suspected we had a leak. They said it was either the evaporator coil or the condenser coil. They were late, but the tech was nice. We didn't like that our experience seemed high-pressure and sales-y. We felt Hiller was literally ready to sell us a new unit that night. We opted to ask around and wait. We were referred to Mid-Tenn by a friend, and the owner Stacy talked to us on the phone one night about what Hiller said. He was out to check for the leak the next day. We didn't have a leak, it was just some disconnected insulation blocking the air flow. He checked the Freon, which was a little low. So, he filled the Freon, repaired the insulation, and even with the service charge, we paid under $315. Hiller was ready to charge new and inexperienced homeowners thousands. We really respected Stacy's friendly demeanor and honesty. We will for sure use him again and refer him to our friends.

    Stacy installed a new heating/cooling unit as promised. Prompt courteous service. Conscientious and gave detailed information about new system and its operation. Highly recommend for new systems and repair!
