Igor gets the job done fast and right. He’s been doing all of my family’s HVAC work for years. Very smart and reliable. He’s not going to try and take advantage of you like a lot of companies around Knoxville. If he can repair it, he’s not going to tell you to replace it.

Igor and his team are highly professional and knowledgeable. I felt that I was treated fairly and with respect. They were very patient and helpful when responding to my many questions.

Igor and Dennis did an incredible job. My unit is getting older and was very finicky, but they got it going again. They spent hours contacting the manufacturer, coming out to check on it, and replacing various parts until it was fixed. They even followed up the next day to make sure the unit was still working. I can't say enough nice things about these guys!

I just wanted to say these people are great. I had gotten quotes from many local places and Igor gave the best quote and they did an excellent job. Definitely would recommend these people to anyone.

1st Choice Heating and Air is a deceptive company. When a company charges labor to install a unit or part you would think that only applies to the time that they are at your house literally working and installing that part. 1st Choice Heating and Air charged me labor time for the employee driving to pick up the part from the manufacturer, charged me labor time for the employee driving from the manufacturer with the part to my house AND for the work done on my property. This is a ludicrous exaggeration of labor time bordering on fraud. I’ve never been paid to drive to work. I get paid when I have arrived at work and have clocked in. I’ve never been paid to drive to work or the drive home from work. It literally doesn’t make sense. The company never told me what they charge per hour for labor until after the job was finished. When I asked for clarification the said labor includes all travel to and from my house, which is ridiculous. I offered them a chance to make it right and they declined. The doubled down on overcharging and said “go ahead and leave us a negative review.” I’ve never heard of a company over charging for labor in this way. I’m extremely disappointed in this company’s actions and urge everyone to avoid this duplicitous operation.
