Service was excellent! The technician originally showed up at my home when I was not there - we had a miscommunication on the appointment. I called and the young lady I spoke to in customer service was very kind. By this time it was almost 4pm. I was simply going to reschedule but she offered to contact her technician to see if he could come the same night. He arrived around 5:30 and was very pleasant - unusual after what I’m sure had been a long day. He listened to my explanation of the issue and decided that he would be able to reach the plumbing line from outside without having to completely remove the toilet. Obviously this saved time and was certainly less expensive. I highly recommend this company !

Great Service! The technician was very professional. Answered all of my questions regarding the repair of my sink as well as addressing my questions on the future replacement. Highly recommend this company. Will be using them for any future repairs or new work. Thank you.

Hiller was very easy and professional. From scheduling the appointment to getting the faucet fixed. Katie, the plumber, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I thought the labor was a little pricey, but it came with a 2-year guarantee so it was ok.

Got charged $300 to unclog sewer pipe 4 months ago. Got charged $340 last weekend to unclog same pipe.......updated: Hiller customer service contacted me and are giving a refund. "Happy you'll be or the service is free."........it's true, they really are concerned with customer satisfaction.

Glad they were able to accommodate me on the same day.

Lucas came and did a thorough job troubleshooting our problem. It was repaired and he returned a few days later to confirm the issue had been resolved. Excellent employee. I would hire him to work on any job I had.

Chase was awesome. My husband is very particular about who works on our home and Chase hit all the right requirements. The service was excellent. His manner was respectful and polite, but still very personable. My husband even mentioned having the light switches in the house changed out. The price was reasonable also. Great company. We will definitely use Hiller again and recommend them to our friends.

After our unit quit cooling, Patrick V was our service tech who was sent to check on our system. Patrick was wonderful and very informative. He taught us useful tips on how to properly maintain our system. We are very grateful for Patrick and highly recommend him as a service tech.

Technician that came was very professional & explained everything he was going to do in good detail. He was able to explain details in an easy way to understand everything. A little pricey but the technician I had made it worth it.

Installer was a great guy who did an excellent job! Our water heater started leaking late Saturday night so I called them at 7:30 Sunday morning and they were there by 1:00 on a Sunday and had the new one installed by 3. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
