They were very honest and provided me a quote for a new unit as well as a reimbursement for the previous repair. A fantastic group of people. The installers were great. It's been running fine with no problems since then.I just had them show up to do a maintenance check up and got the unit cleaned and made the necessary adjustments. While I was concerned that our new system was failing to reach temperature, the service man was very professional.
