Comfort Dynamics installed a ductless mini-split for us. The estimate and installation team was courteous, respectful, and efficient. They wore masks, feet coverings, and even laid down their own protective floor covering to protect our home during the project, which took about 4 hours. Would happily hire again for our next HVAC project. 5 STARS!

On time. professional & friendly. Job ended up with extra work due to previous PMs help not doing all required. I have 3 units. Two of them required parts due to no one else fault. had to go buy. Parts have gone UP. $200+ ea. awaiting my receipt. mr cooper highly recommened. I want him again.

I have used Comfort Dynamics for many years and highly recommend them. We use them on our own personal house and the rentals I used to manage. Blair makes sure that all of the houses get there preventative maintenance scheduled. The owner of the company James, makes sure that his technicians take classes every year to be educated in the newest technology. James will be upfront with you and give you his opinion and pricing, but also give you other options. You won’t be disappointed!

Highly recommend. We have used them for the last 7 years, Blair always makes sure to get our maintenance scheduled promptly and we are not left sitting around waiting for them to show up, they show as scheduled or you are quickly notified and rescheduled. The techs that have serviced our units have always been effective and very respective of our property and animals, one guy actually removed a baby snake that he found in our attic and disposed of it. Moved to this area in 1991 and started using Comfort Dynamics (formally known as Munford Heat and Air.) Blair, the office secretary, is great with scheduling appointments, is knowledgeable, and friendly. James, the owner, bends over backwards to ensure you are satisfied with his and the other technicians work. If you have an issue, he will work to fix the issue until you are satisfied. Once, despite a very long work day, James went above and beyond to come and fix our air conditioner that had gone out. All technicians I've dealt with over these many years are friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. I've even seen them take their shoes off so as not to track mud or dirt into the house. I like that you get a discount if you schedule both the Spring and Fall tune-ups and pay with one check. I use them for two houses. When done with the first house, the technician follows me to the second house, making it very convenient. I'm delighted to have used Comfort Dynamics for nearly 28 years, and I know you will be pleased with their service as well.

The owner James cleaned my unit outside & my inside furnace. He also installed my new digital thermostat. He found a problem with another part that was not working & fixed it while he was here even though it cost extra. He was very knowledgeable & knows what he’s doing. He was honest & did the job right. I will recommend Comfort Dynamic to friends & family!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! My AC system went out on Sunday. My warranty company sent out another company on Wednesday who totally misdiagnosed issue and warranty company denied my claim. I called Comfort Dynamics on Thursday, James had Ethan at my house within hours. He diagnosed the issue. He made multiple calls and found my part at cheapest price My AC was up and running the next day. Ethan also called my warranty co. and got them to pay claim. I highly recommend Comfort Dynamics... none better for customer service and care.
