Very friendly and they were able to come out to fix our A/C the same day I called. The technician was friendly and transparent about what he was doing and what the issues were. He fixed the problem easily and was prepared with the parts he needed. He was also kind enough to explain some ways to help prevent the same issue in the future. Would definitely use them again.

Came home this past Thursday to find my downstairs A/C was blowing hot air...horrible feeling. I have used the big box companies in the past and they continuously try to upsale you. I wanted to go local this time. I found Bill Yearwood by a google search, read his reviews, and gave him a call at 5:45 pm. He called me right back, came by the house that night (and cut me a deal on the service call). The compressor was dead. Bill called me back first thing Friday morning and had two quotes for a new unit. I called an engineering friend that works with commercial HVAC installations and he confirmed I was quoted a very reasonable price and suggested I go with it. Mr. Yearwood scheduled my installation for Saturday morning. I was very impressed. He had my whole system switched out by 11 am. I really appreciated it! My family certainly did. I told him that he was the MAN, THE MYTH and THE LEGEND. He had great communication, good prices, and prompt service. I definitely recommend him and will use him again in the future if needed.

I just moved to the Moscow area, knowing that I was far away from anything. When both my units went out, I was referred to the Yearwood Team for servicing and repairs. Mr. John and Mr. Garry came out of there way twice to make sure the new units were running smoothly. Service after sale is a great customer-retention strategy! I will definitely be recommending them! I called Bill as a first-time customer at 7:30 am on the Friday leading into Memorial Day weekend. Our A/C unit had gone out the night before so I was needing some quick help to avoid a long and hot weekend. Within an hour Bill had called me back, been to my house, diagnosed the problem, and found a solution. He ran to get the parts quickly and had them installed and working in no time at all. He was fair in price, and he covered all options with me and provided great insight on things to look for and maintenance to keep up on. I hope to have no more problems with my unit, but I know if/when there is then my first call will be to Bill!

We had the bad luck of our furnace deciding to take crash this morning. We are relatively new to the Collierville area and to be honest, have had absolutely atrocious luck with any sort of service in the 1.5 years we've lived here (mechanics, roofers, etc).....so we depended heavily on the google reviews of Yearwood Heating & Air Conditioning and we were not disappointed at all. Bill Yearwood answered immediately when we called and he worked us into his schedule within 60 minutes......60 minutes y'all! We realize that perhaps it was just perfect timing, but nonetheless we were appreciative he worked us in so quickly. In our personal experience here in the Memphis area that is unheard of (haha). He showed up on-time, was super polite, diagnosed our problem quickly and immediately ordered the part required to fix our furnace. If that wasn't impressive enough, he was aware we have two very young girls (3 YO and 1 YO) and made the comment that he didn't want them to get cold during the night so once he got the specific part we needed later in the day, he came back to our house at 7:00 PM the same exact day, installed the part, turned on the heat, and we were back in business by 8:00 PM. He didn't say that 7:00 PM was "after-hours" for him, but I suspect it was, yet I could tell he wanted to do what he felt was right and make sure that two young girls were warm as they slept tonight. So to put it bluntly, we received great service in a timely manner for a very reasonable price, and with good quality work.....as of 2 minutes ago, he is officially programmed into our phones as our "go-to" for any future HVAC issues that may arise. Thank you Mr. Yearwood for going the extra mile and taking wonderful care of us. Your professionalism and integrity have not gone unnoticed by our family. You have just permanently gained 2 very loyal customers for as long as we live in the Memphis area.

I called for a quote on new a/c and the installer (John Smith) arrived in 25 minutes just as was promised. John was excellent at his investigation and showed me that the duct work would not support a larger unit that I had ask for. ( condition not provided by other installers).The quote provided was far better than any other and did not attempt to sell me any thing I did not need. Good job John and Bill.

Called Yearwood Heating and Air Conditioning to service our Ventless Firepaces based on internet reviews that I read right here. I was greeted by Bill Yearwood who was pleasant and helpful on the phone. I was able to schedule service the following day! John, the service technician, arrived on time the next day, and did a fabulous job of servicing and repairing our 2 Ventless Fireplaces. Great experience, I won't hesitate to call them again for any of our Heating and Air Conditioning or Fireplace needs!

Bill Yearwood definitely knew what he was doing and complete the job in a timely manner. He was attentive of my schedule and gave us straight answers on our technical and financial questions. As we live in the area, we called him as part of a series of vendors in Collierville based on his reviews, and I have to say taht all of them were right. We recommend Yearwood for all your HVAC needs.

My wife & I can not stop singing the praises for Yearwood. Less than a week before Christmas, and we needed a fireplace replaced. Not just an insert...the ENTIRE FIREPLACE! Oh, not to mention that our system is propane. Well, Yearwood said they would sent someone over to look at the job the next day, Not only did the guy show up ON TIME, he did more than just look at the job...he started on it! His name is John. John worked, and while working, explained every single thing he was doing...and needed to do. Our fireplace looks incredible! We did not know until after the install that the previous home owner had a lot of things within the exhaust and the power supply that needed "undoing". John stayed late, completed the job! And after completing the job, John removed all the trash...ALL of it! The old fireplace, sheetrock, all tossed into his truck and removed!!! Who does that?!!! WOW!!! Yearwood's prices are very reasonable. Can we go any higher than 5 stars? God bless this company...true spirit of EXCELLENCE!!!
