We used Hiatt Construction to replace concrete in our driveway, pour a new back patio with footings, and construct a brick seating wall. The workmanship was phenomenal, the prices were reasonable, and the team was extremely reliable and professional. Harold and his crew were always responsive to questions and provided excellent follow-up. We would recommend them to anyone needing various home improvement assistance, and we will most definitely call them back with future projects.

Hiatt Construction came to my rescue when my heat went out last week. With the dangerously low temps impending, I was so worried! Zack Hiatt and his amazing crew came to my aid and replaced my HVAC system within hours! I am so grateful! I've never seen such a quality job! They were honest, reliable and dependable! We used this company to renovate 1200 square feet of attic space to move in our parents. Zack and Jonathan went above and beyond to work with us on the price and quality of work we needed. They we were engaged throughout the process and the service was outstanding. Even with the fluctuations in lumber prices and during our area's peak construction period, they were able to get our project completed on-time and on-budget. I would highly recommend them. After this project we are even switching to them for our HVAC maintenance.

Hiatt Construction was recommended to us by a friend when we had need of extensive siding replacement and all over painting on the outside of our house. They responded quickly to me and came out within the week to take a look at discuss the job. The two Mr. Hiatt’s (father and son) were pleasant, direct and honest. We discussed different options to fit our budget. I signed a contract detailing the work we agreed on, but They did not ask for a dime of money until the work was finished. Let me just say the paint/siding crew were wonderful, super polite and always cleaned up after themselves daily. And it was a big job so they spent many days at our house. It looked wonderful when they were done, and I’ve already recommended them to several neighbors. I would use them again in a heartbeat. You will NOT regret it! Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Hiatt Construction. After meeting with several contractors who said the work I wanted couldn’t be done and/or never got back to me with an estimate, I was thrilled to find Hiatt! They worked with my ideas and the project turned out better than I had imagined it could! His builder is an artist, he drew several designs to choose from and the final project is beautiful! We have people stopping to take photos of our home regularly. They added an overhang on our front door; a pergola over our side door; a small pergola-type wooden accent onto our garage; and installed lighting fixtures around the outside.

I called Hiatt Construction around 5pm and had a tech at my home in less than an hour. Zach went far beyond my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone and will be calling for all future needs!

We have used Hiatt for six different jobs at Piperton Baptist Church. They did a lot of extensive work for us from AC needs/repair/maintenance/installation, to rerouting duct work, installing commerical windows. They did demo and removal of a huge awning that snow collasped. Very efficient, professional, and hard working guys. You won't be disappointed with the work they do. Hiatt Construction remodeled laundry room and kitchen, new cabinets installed, new granite installed, beautiful backsplash installed, new kitchen sinks and new floor in all of house,, also did painting the inside of house. Zack Hiatt is a friendly, honest, hardworking young man who does what he says and shows up on time. He uses experienced workers who are skilled and trustworthy. Zack did a lot of different jobs for us while we were preparing to sell out house in Memphis. I highly recommend him for any job around your home.
