Everyone from the people in the office to the technicians that come to my mom, have always been nothing nut kind and professional. They truly understand customer service! I have recommended them and will continue to recommend them.

We had a Melton Technician named Kaine to our home performing a routine maintenance. During the inspection he encountered a snake that had wrapped itself around our vent a had broken it. Although he was apprehensive he took it upon himself to remove the snake, saving us from having to call a pest handler.

I woke up early Wednesday morning to having no heat I was searching online for someone to come out a check my unit out I found the ad for Melton's HVAC clicked on it to schedule an appointment mind you this is at 3:30 in the morning when I scheduled this I went to work at about 7:30 a.m. they were calling to schedule an appointment for me made an appointment for 3:30 that afternoon and when I got home the technician was there his name was Mike. Mike was very friendly very professional show me numerous problems that I have with my unit by the time I spent money I'm fixing the old one which was pretty much obsolete I was better off just to buy a new one I'm very pleased with Melton's HVAC they came to my rescue and no time flat thank you guys so much not only are they going to put me in a new unit they also left a space heater because my auxiliary heat on the old unit was almost shot they went the extra mile to take care of me and I thank them very much.

The office staff and service staff were wonderful they did a good job answered all my questions my unit is running well I highly recommend!
