Robert was on time, professional, kind, and fixed my unit on the initial visit! They were able to send someone out next day from the day of my call. Very pleased with their service and I will call again for any future HVAC needs!

We have used Melton Heating and Air for several years now and I wouldn't consider using any other company. They are professional and quick to respond. They have always provided us with same day service. They are honest and I feel completely comfortable with them in our home. Mike Knowles(Lead Tech) has been to our home on several occasions and I highly recommend him! Don't look anywhere else. They are the best!

I used to work in the commercial/industrial HVAC industry and as a leader in the service industry, I look for specific actions by technicians and representatives of service companies. Melton checked all of these boxes. The technicians that showed up (John and Quincy) on both the PM and the repair call were professional and knowledgeable. They knew why they were there, they were familiar with the equipment, and they explained everything very well. Different options were presented and they left detailed notes that covered work even outside the scope requested that was taken care of because it was just the right thing to do for a good technician. The back office support was outstanding as well, great communication and scheduling, as well as a detailed and accurate estimate of the costs. In addition to having service performed, Eric Collins (Comfort Consultant) showed up to propose long term solutions. Eric listened, something that not many do these days, and based on his listening, he proposed multiple solutions that fit different budget scenarios. Again, very knowledgeable of equipment and application. I highly recommend this company.

I was new to the Area and Needed Some Units Replaced. Salesperson was honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. Quote was competitive with 2 other providers I researched. I called them and they came out next day with Replacment Units Fantastic when the unit is not working. .. Techs were professional and courteous... had them replace second unit... Same Quick / Fast Service. Had 1 issue they were immediately out here and addressed the issue... Even met the Owner, who came out to inspect what was going on. All in All, it was a real positive experience and the Units work Great. Thanks Melton Team!

I have my central heat and air serviced by Melton twice a year and also any repairs. They are fair, honest and can be trusted to do the job right! I hope to have them install a whole new system for me next year! I highly recommend them.

Quigley, the Melton technician, arrived at the time he said he would. He was able to diagnose my gas furnace issue immediately (unlike Pioneer) and fixed the problem in minutes. Quigley is a credit to Melton Heating & Air and thanks to him, he has made me a fan of Melton.

Great company. Replaced our unit fast cleaned up really well. I hardly knew they were here. Have came back out to do check up/cleaning unit one year later No charge. All is great. We had a wonderful experience. I would recommend them to anyone. And do tell all my neighbors.

Melton Heating and Air have maintained the five units in our home for over 20 years. They are quick, dependable and friendly. They recently suggested we change out a unit for a new Trane. It is fantastic and has lowered our monthly cost. We also have a wonderful Mitsubishi unit they installed that performs so well. I recommend them to anyone who wants great service and quality products.
