Technician had to hand dig underground pipe make repair and recover. A lot of work for one person but great job done. Only took 2 hours. As always great job Hiller.

The technician Maleek Evans arrived earlier than the appointment window and greeted me with a smile. He asked me what problems I was experiencing and he instantly began to work to diagnose my problem. While working he explained everything in detail that he was doing as well as the functions of the parts he was testing do. He made me very comfortable and I felt I was able to trust everything he was doing and telling me about my unit. I would definitely request him to come and make repairs if needed in the near future being he was very professional and a amiable person.

I have not used this business and after my experience today I wouldn't if I needed to. I was driving down Wilma and was flicked off by a driver in the Hiller business van. I'm not sure what this driver expected me to do. He was trying to turn onto Wilma and I didn't stop traffic to let him out. I did nothing wrong and did not deserve this. Very unprofessional.

I had just bought a new house and within a week of owning it the heat stopped working! I called Hiller and they sent someone out first thing the next morning. John was such an amazing technician! He was thorough, found the issue, took the time to explain it to me, and fixed it right then and there! The house was warm before he even left! I will be using Hiller for any future services!

Our hot water heater was leaking. We called Hiller and Adam Donaway came out. I can not say enough good things. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our old water heater was 20 years old, so it was time to replace it. Adam ran into a couple of problems and never once got upset, impatient, or anything. I am very happy with the service we received. We will be using Hiller for most of our maintenence needs in the future! 😊
