    HORRIBLE! They told me they would be here between 11 & 3. The service man never showed up. I finally called and the dispatcher said that she would call him and see what was going on. She called me back and said that he "forgot" to call her to say he was tied up and to send another service man. I sat at my house ALL DAY and waited and they couldn't have the decency to call and tell me he was running late or send another person. The lady I talked to was very rude. When I asked to speak to a manager, she told me she was the manager and nothing could be done. I WILL be calling back until I talk to the owner of the company. This wouldn't be as big of an issue, but our home warranty company contracts with this company, so I HAVE to use them and STILL have to pay a service fee that I don't believe I should have to pay since I now have to wait even longer and potentially take a SECOND day off work.

    Horrible!!!! Started "fixing" my stove in May it is now July still not finished won't return calls and now refuses to finish fixing stove even though they are contracted with the home warranty people to fix it. The person that answers the phone probably the owners wife is hateful and rude. Customer service is not even in their vocabulary. Be warned when using this company

    Service is absolutely horrible. They didn't fix the problem at all. They took 2 weeks and ordered the wrong parts. Not to mention one tech tells you one thing, then another one comes and does something completely different. Worthless. Don't waste your time.
