Excellent HVAC service. Greg is on time, courteous, knowledgeable and honest. A true professional who repaired my heating unit when it failed during the coldest day in the winter. I appreciate and highly recommend their business.

Came and "fixed" our dishwasher. Tried to do a load after they left and didn't work. Hoping to contact them during business hours to get a refund on our service fee or have them come back out to actually fix this time.

Masters came back and replaced the part very quickly after I called and notified them. They also tried to persuade our home warranty company that we needed a replacement dishwasher.

Excellent knowledge of products and service. I had Sears 3 guys showed up and can't fixed. Masters Appliance owner came and fix in no time and also check and fixed on other appliance issue.
I'm very happy with his job and performance. Super nice and super knowledge.
When calling to schedule an appointment be patient since they really busy , but it is worthed to wait!!!!

Greg was super helpful, honest, and fair. As it turns out, my daughter's oven was beyond repair, but he gave me a fair evaluation and fixed a burner on her stovetop. I would definitely call Masters Appliance again!
