    Daniel showed up on time and gave me a call in advance as requested. He was very polite and respectful- what an upstanding young man! As he worked, he took the time to explain what he was doing and answered all my questions in an informative but understandable way!

    Unfortunately, my system is dead to me- but I have Masters and Daniel on my side. I know I’m in capable hands!

    My dishwasher was on the fritts. Wouldn’t rinse properly and the heating element I finally noticed was broken. Having used them before and had excellent service, I decided to use them again. They sent out this young guy after days after the first call having to constantly call to see when they would come because no one would call back like they said, he came out tested nothing, just took my visual findings and ran with that. Then he went to give me a price and said it would be near $300, then the receipt said near $200. I noticed the discrepancy immediately and said “but you just said..” he said no he didn’t....mind you I had my father on speakerphone the entire time so I have a witness ..I should have realized this wasn’t going to end well at that point. He said he would be out the next day to install the heating element. He was. He asked for towels- I obliged. After he was done installing the part and acting disgusted and irritated the entire time- he left. It worked for 2 loads and started again what it was doing before. I called back and said they would call back- 2 days later!!!!!!! Then Greg came out- he was GREAT! Not a bad review on him at all, he educated me on dishwashers and tested everything till he found the power board was bad. Gave me a quote on the price of the part. We opted for getting a new dishwasher because of the age of the old one. When we got one, they came out to install it- they said I had a leak under the sink before they touched anything 😳 they quickly realized THE HOSE to the dishwasher was busted and had a neatly folded towel UNDERNEATH SAID HOSE that I did NOT have there before all this- it was one of the towels that the first guy from masters had used- I know it was. So for nearly a 2 weeks of trying to make the old one work- water sprayed under our cabinets causing significant water damage. I called masters back, talked with the lady who answers the phone, she said she would speak with the young technician and get back with me. That was the week of August 19th......it’s October 2nd and absolutely ZERO communication since I called about the realization that the first tech KNEW the hose was leaking and tried to avoid work or repairing and ended up causing significant damage. I highly recommend Greg as a tech but this company is terrible. I have water damaged cabinets (4) and zero concern from the company who’s employee realized it and said nothing instead tried to mask/hide it. Deplorable. Will never use again.

    The summer heat is on...and everyone is trying to cool off. Unfortunately, that meant there were no available service technicians to come rescue us from our swampy misery. Masters quickly set us up with an appointment and Greg came and repaired our unit the next day. Greg is very knowledgeable and explained to me everything he was doing, and WHY. Can't recommend Masters higher, but I would. Thanks!

    We’ve used Masters for 6 years! Greg is always hard working, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They always work us in their schedule, even if that means coming late at night. Highly recommend them!

    The only minor issue I had with this company is that they had to reschedule with me last moment. The technician, Greg, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Greg replaced a blown component on the circuit board of our stove in roughly 20 minutes. I hope if we ever have any future need for this company's services that Greg will be the one to assist us.

    I really wish I didn’t have to write this, but it’s been longer than 2 months. The rental property I’m staying at kept giving chances for them to change or fix things and we are still at the main issue. We are using rental property and so we did not have a choice to who we could call. The owners have warranty with masters and so they continue to use them. The owners have left numerous messages with no answer back. Finally they say they will come yesterday and still NOTHING. I understand it’s a busy season but all it takes is a conversation to say that I won’t be able to make it. I am so glad that I don’t have any ties with them. After what I’ve seen all they have that works is the voicemail that keeps taking messages.
