    Very satisfied. Our technician Daniel did an amazing job. He fixed multiple problems in our crawlspace, taking photos of each step and explaining in detail what the problems were and how he fixed them. He not only addressed the immediate issues but implemented preventative measures to ensure smooth running in the future. He was the epitome of professional and respectful.

    BEWARE!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!! Since the company wishes to see this as "an attack from another company" Let me just say this, I am in fact a customer NOT a company. You came to my home twice and your negligence caused $23,000 in damages. You did not fix the problem and didn't diagnose the issue, would stay for 20 minutes and then leave within a 2 week period. When I called you pointed fingers and refused to provide your insurance information so that your insurance company could do a proper investigation. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and will also see you in court since you failed to work with me or communicate other then tell me you were not at fault. Your technician missed a massive leak while "working" on our furnace and I have the documentation to prove such. With the things he was saying he did, it should have been caught. You are unprofessional and your lack of not wanting to share your insurance information seems like you don't have confidence in your company and the work your technicians conduct on peoples homes.

    I could not edit my last review so I am going to post another one. A few days ago I had called and gotten zero response from Masters about servicing my a/c unit. That being said, I was reached out to the following day by them they did not make excuses and they took the blame and said they had corrected their phone problem. They asked if I would still consider letting them service my unit and I said yes. Greg came out and was at the house at the exact time he said he would be. Was beyond nice and extremely helpful about things to help keep the house cool and things we can do to help our unit. He cleaned and serviced our unit and did a fantastic job. Even though it was a rocky start, he has definitely earned our business and I now see why he was so highly recommended. We will be sticking with Masters in the future for all of our a/c and appliance needs. Great company!

    Masters Appliance was booked via my home warranty company. I had been using another company for my AC maintenance. My AC wasn’t working and it was over 80 in my house. Daniel came out late in the evening and diagnosed the issued. He repaired it and went above and beyond even doing some maintenance to the system. It turns out the company I was using wasn’t doing all the things I was paying them to do. I will be using Masters Appliance heating and air now on. They are honest, reliable and have pride in the work they do. Thank you for everything

    I cannot say enough good things about Masters. We just used them for a new unit in our primary home back in the summer. The work was reliable and reasonably priced, and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they filled out and turned in all of our warranty papers for us!
    This week, the furnace went out in our rental house. The part needed was almost $500 plus installation. Instead of charging me that, they took their time to call around and see if the part was under warranty. Surprised again, it was! At the end of the day the tenant was pleased their furnace was fixed, and I was only out $185. Masters work fast, shows up on time, and always goes the extra mile for their customers. Do not think twice about hiring this company! They are amazing.

    So I knew I needed a new blower motor after replacing the capacitor and it only running for one day then the motor is too hot to start.
    I checked every place in town to see if anyone had it ($ 148 at Amazon, but 4 days shipping)
    One place had it, but they only sell to contractors.
    Masters sent their repairman out who confirmed that the capacitor was good, and that the motor was drawing too many amps and needed replacement. He had a motor that was for a different unit but admitted was too weak to withstand the amps for my application, but would cost me $350 installed. The correct replacement could be next day shipped in from his supplier for$425.
    I told him that there was a place in town that had it in stock. After he called him he said $475 and he would come back later, he had other calls to make. Being as it was already middle of the afternoon and it only would take 15-20 minutes to put it together I told him he needed to finish me before going to the next job. His dispatcher agreed and 45-50
    minutes later it was running like a charm.
    I felt that his price was at least $100 too much for a part that Amazon now wants to sell to me for $119, and took less than an hour total for all the labor and diagnostics.
    I shouldn't have had to fuss at him to finish this job, knowing that most likely he wouldn't get back till the next day ( see, you should have done it my way) even though the temperature had been dipping into the 20's at night.
    To his credit he was knowledgeable and proficient, and patient with my dilemma.
    Perhaps the fact that I had to pay 475 for a part that I can now buy for 119 and install myself. In an hour was so frustrating.

    Our heat went out and we had to go through our warranty company to get it fixed. Master's sent someone out the same day as the claim (after hours) to look at our heater. After spending about 30 out there he notified us that he was going to have to either order a part or pick it up from the manufacturer. (this didn't sound good to us). The next day we were notified that the technician had driven to Georgia to get the part for us and it was installed the next day by a different technician (again after hours). Everyone that come to our home was very nice even though they had to work evening shift. They were professional and very helpful! We would recommend them to anyone and will use them again if needed!

    Masters did a great job on our air conditioning system. We have an older unit, but they did their best to find a motor, had it shipped overnight and installed it the next day. They were very professional, happy to explain what they were doing, and billed exactly what they estimated. I will happily deal with them again.

    My landlady requested this service. I was very impressed yesterday with the technician, Daniel. The invoice he gave me stated Ooltewah as the address where he works from I assume. Daniel was polite, professional, knowledgeable, respectful and pleasant. He showed me the issues while explaining them very well. He also answered my questions and gave helpful advice. It was an excellent experience and I can see why this company has a high rating!
