Lee Company

We had our main sewer line to our septic tank back up recently. Lee Company had someone out within a few hours and Corey was great. He was on time and quickly discovered that our 6 month old house had a broken pipe to the tank. I was able to give the video to my builder and it was repaired under warranty as the irrigation company damaged it. Overall, I highly recommend Lee Company.

Someone was supposed to come out just to give us a quote for an electrical issue. They did not show up and called an hour later to tell us the person who was supposed to come out wasn’t working that day. I called to speak to a manager just to see why this was scheduled if there wasn’t someone available. My family works, and we had to make time for this appointment. I was told someone would reach out to me. That was almost three days ago, and I haven’t heard anything. It’s just upsetting.

Kept having same problem and everytime they came out they said it wasn't same problem it was new problem and kept charging more and more. And still never fixed the original problem. The company is a total rip off!! Finally got the problem fixed by another company and will never use Lee company again!!!!

Dean R. is one of the nicest guys that you'll ever meet, and he does AMAZING, STELLAR, EXTREMELY HIGH QUALITY work. Dean treated my home like it was his. I couldn't be happier, no joke, with the under cabinet lights and outlet he installed. His work is total class.
My AC Tech at Lee , James, is equally amazing as well. He did a great job repairing the lousy work of a previous firm. When I wasn't sure about it, he took a long time to look it over again and reassured me of correct operation. All of the folks I've worked with at Lee are amazing.Thank you all!

Lee company has been amazing. They put in my AC 3 years ago with a 24 hour turn around because I have a special needs child that doesn't sweat and it was the middle of August. When I call with an issue, they are fast, friendly, and courteous. Knowing I am a single mom, they always work with me to get the best deal. They also encapsulated my basement crawl space after mold was found. When my water pressure dropped,a plumber came within hours. They are wonderful! Highly recommend!

The technician arrived right on time. He was very polite and worked to ensure I understood what he was doing. He was very personable with great customer service. Five-stars for sure!!!

Charles was such a great person to work with. He was on time and very thorough. He fixed our dryer sensor and cleaned our dryer vent to the outside. Did a great job. Cleaned everything up like he was never there. He was also very sweet and personable. We will definitely call him back specifically if we can. Great job

Replacement of 2 HVAC systems were completed in one day as planned. Jeff and Braxton were thorough, efficient, and professional. Highly recommend Lee Company for maintenance of HVAC as well.

Cannot recommend highly enough. Always helpful, kind, and professional, regardless of its the plumber, handyman, HVAC or whoever. They show up and know what they are doing. They charge fair prices and are straight up. I've asked multiple guys too and they say they really enjoy working for Lee. I have recommended to other family members as well.
