Johnson Controls Chattanooga Branch Office

Encountered an aggressive work truck on the interstate. I don’t have to hire this company to know that this particular employee (whether they were the owner or a contractor) is a bully. They’re going to cause a wreck either by tailgating or weaving in and out of traffic. I tried to get close enough to read the 1-800 number to report the driving but couldn’t get close enough. So here’s my public report for you, #130608!

Horrible customer service. Insists on billing me for services I am not receiving. Simply the worst.
