We have had some serious PTSD since moving into our home in 2018 due to all of the issues that we have had with our unit. Conditionaire did a fabulous job coming to help us out when our capacitor went out, that same day 5 hours later our low pressure valve was discovered to be bad- this was completely unrelated to the original issue but something we didn’t know at the time. Kenny came back out the next morning and was ready by 10 AM to come fix that problem for us in 95° weather. There is truly nothing like finding good contractors and these guys are one of them! Thank you to Kenny for your patience with us, for explaining all the details of the issue, and your display of diligence in getting our HVAC back to good working order for our family and pets!

They showed up on time and did the job they were supposed to do at a great price. They left the place cleaner than it was when they came in. Technicians were very professional. I have used them for 15 years and never been disappointed.

I can’t speak on the cost because I rent but I will say I had the best customer service from the installers. The 3 gentlemen that visited my home were professional and knowledgeable. They installed a unit and I actually thought it would take the entire day to complete but it didn’t. Thank you guys for being courteous while you were in my home. I highly recommend.

Had a new mini split unit installed last week, the install took longer than expected as some of the unknowns were discovered during the install (behind walls, etc). Kim and the work crew were very professional, and detail oriented as the job did not finish until 8:00pm on Friday evening. When they left the job site, all items were put back in place, the area cleaned, the new unit running with full explanation of the remotes, use & care, and PM's expected .

Kim is great to work with! I had Conditionaire come to the house to help me with rearranging gas lines from my meter to the hot water heater, HVAC unit, and fire place. The job was done exactly how they said it would be.
